Vacation rentals with a patio in La Caña

A nice please to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting. The apartment is well equipped with all the conforts of home. The location is on the border of a scary Haitian neighborhood but you will feel safe once inside the complex. I strongly recommend this rental.

El apto es acogedor, muy limpio, lindo, un primer piso, puedes caminar en la naturaleza. Me encantó. Esta cerca de Altos de Chavón, por lo que puedes disfrutar de los restaurantes que están en la zona, al igual un mercadito. Lo recomiendo 100%.

El mejor alojamiento para quedarse en Marbella, súper delicado y elegantes los espacios del mismo. Están excelentes las remodelaciones que le hizo a ambos baños! Mi alojamiento favorito por siempre, lo elegiría una y mil veces más. Y por supuesto, el mejor Host!

We had a wonderful stay at Playa Nueva Romana! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, and the beach access made it feel like our own little paradise. A special thank you to our host, Millicent—she was absolutely amazing! So warm, welcoming, and attentive. She made sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to accommodate any needs we had. We had a fantastic stay here!! It was well-stocked with everything we needed and the house felt big enough for all of us. The beach is so close but we also really enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation!

Another Unforgettable Stay at Playa Minitas 4! This was our second time staying at Playa Minitas 4 Villa in Casa de Campo, La Romana—and once again, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautifully maintained, luxurious oasis that felt like a true home away from home. Drew, the villa owner, was exceptional as always—ensuring the booking process was seamless and offering us the option to rent the six-passenger golf cart, which was in pristine condition and incredibly convenient for exploring the property. Rolando, the house manager, continues to be a gem. Prior to our arrival, he stocked the refrigerator and pantry with all of our requested items so we were fully set up to relax the moment we walked through the door. The villa staff were phenomenal—preparing delicious breakfasts and dinners daily with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that made each meal feel like a special occasion. We are already planning our return.

Description is accurate. The Villa is well distributed with enough space and outdoor area. Robinson was always responsive and very attentive.

Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien en el apartamento de Lia. Es comodo, limpio, esta en buenas condiciones, tiene todo lo necesario y es tal como se muestra en la publicacion de Airbnb. Lia nos envio toda la informacion sobre el condominio y el apartamento con antelacion, por lo que no tuvimos ningun inconveniente a nuestra llegada ni con el uso y manejo de las facilidades disponibles. Ademas, ella siempre estuvo en comunicacion con nosotros, asi que siempre nos sentimos acompañados. Con relacion al personal del condominio, este fue muy amable y eficiente. La playa frente a Marbella no es la mejor, pero basta con caminar un poco (en direccion hacia al condominio Hemingway) para encontrar un mejor lugar y darse un rico baño. Gracias, Lia!

El lugar estaba hermoso en excelentes condiciones, el complejo de Marbella es bello, es muy seguro es un lugar para compartir en familia y pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, los anfitriones muy atentos siempre contestaban a tiempo!
