Tapada da Raia has 35 acres of land, in the Natural Park of Serra de São Mamede (being the last Portuguese house, because it is bordered to Spain). For years it served as an anti-stress refuge for the family, who today decided to open the doors for those who want to spend relaxing days in the nature. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and free WIFI.   Ideal place to visit: Valencia de Alcántara, Natural Park of the Tajo Internacional and the region of the Alentejo in Portugal (Marvao and Castelo de Vide).

Cozy country house, set in a serene and natural Alentejo hill with about 4 hectares. In the heart of the Serra de S. Mamede Natural Park, it is surrounded by a wide variety of native flora, such as cork oaks, olive trees, oaks or fruit trees. Crossed by the Sever River and a stream that invites you to take refreshing baths through its numerous waterfalls. It also has two real natural pools, old reused irrigation tanks.

My place is close to Portalegre, Marvão and Castelo de Vide. You'll love it because it's quiet, ideal for resting, and strolling through the Serra. Discover the Apartadura Dam and enjoy the silence At night, contemplate the starry sky as it is not seen in the city and try to identify the constellations. The croaking of the frogs keeps you company.

The Haystack

Panoramic View and Jacuzzi Palheiro is located in the village of Sobral Fernando and is a house dating back to 1936, all of which is built in schist stone. Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.
