Christophe & Nancy were very welcoming. The accommodation is clean, very well-equipped, as described and as shown in the photos.

Stephanie was very responsive to all our questions. We were very close to the cross country ski area and were sad that we had to leave early due to rain.

Very nice stay on the island. Very well located house on an enchanting and well furnished site. The house is comfortable, well equipped, everything works, everything is clean. The view is fantastic. The house is perfectly suited for a family, there is plenty of storage and large common areas. We were 2 adults and 3 children.

The accommodation is very well appointed and decorated with care: you feel warm. The living room is very spacious. Everything is very functional and practical. The place is in a great location, especially if you want to ski at Mont Saint Anne (5 min drive). In addition, Ian is an ultra responsive and very accommodating host: he responded to all our requests in a few minutes. A beautiful place that I recommend!

We loved spending Christmas here. What a nice surprise to find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. We left a fun ornament to add to the tree. A little touch of Sanibel Island Florida.

The accommodation is very clean and as described. We had a soccer tournament and the accommodation was only 700m walk from the courts and about a twenty minute drive from downtown Quebec City. Also, we were able to enjoy relaxing moments in the backyard near the river!

We had a fantastic stay at Suzanne’s place! The house was immaculate, cozy, and beautifully decorated, truly feeling like a home away from home. Suzanne was welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to Old Quebec and major attractions, yet in a peaceful neighborhood. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!

This place is well located for skiing at Mont Saint Anne and a 30 min drive to Le Massif. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean and ready at check in. The hot tub was a nice treat after a day of skiing. Marc and Daphne were very responsive before and during the stay. Would definitely recommend staying here for your ski vacation.

First time traveling outside the U.S. and am very happy we chose to celebrate our 2 year anniversary at Melanie’s! Very quiet (the “busy” road other reviewers complained about was NOT an issue whatsoever). We slept very well on the comfy bed, fast internet, and had everything we needed. The bathtub/shower was amazing with great water temperature and pressure. I easily made coffee with the keurig and just made sure to pick up cream. You can hear the river and it was very relaxing. The smart TV has Netflix and other streaming services. Definitely worth the money. Close to Quebec city, a grocery store, hiking spots, pharmacies, and restaurants. Can’t wait to study French and come back to Quebec soon! :)

Our stay was amazing! The house is brand new which was surprising to me based on the images. Really large, very clean, driveway is steep so definitely recommended 4w drive in winter (as specified in additional notes). Small issues with the fireplace, we couldn’t find the remote for one, and neither turned on so got quite cold in the dining room at night. Also, the ad says sauna, but there is no sauna, only a hot tub and a steam shower in a bathroom. And the beds are advertised as queen, they are all double beds, not queen. Slightly disappointing but didn’t detract from the stay. Will definitely be back!.

Very nice stay for us at the Maison Bleue! We were there in winter and were able to enjoy the beautiful spectacle of ice on the river! Also, thanks to Lucie's wise advice we discovered a very nice place for cross-country skiing! The house was in a good location and very well-equipped! We would recommend it in a second!

We enjoyed our family weekend with us dogs. The rock house was as described in the description. Very good service from Amélie and almost immediate response. We had access to the house 2 hours before the scheduled time. Peaceful area and warm house. Recommended.

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

France’s house was extremely clean and comfortable! Very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds! The location was perfect for us with lots of shops nearby and an easy drive to Stoneham. Definitely would stay again!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend with the family in this charming home. This is a warm and friendly old house, where you can feel at home right away.
