In the beating heart of the island. 200 meters from the port, in one of the most characteristic streets of the area. A stone's throw from Via XX Settembre: the street for strolling among the shops and restaurants that animate hundreds of narrow and fragrant alleys around it day and night. We are in Cala Gavetta, the port area, a stone's throw from the sea. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and open space kitchen, 40 sqm terrace, living room with terrace overlooking the sea.

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

The bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning and in April new triple glazed windows. From this apartment guests can easily stroll around the city, dine in one of the characteristic restaurants of the historic center or take a relaxing stroll along the seafront.
