Guest have direct access to public transportation just outside thd gate of the property. This unit has 1 flat screen tv that connected to the wifi. The kitchen has microwave oven, refrigerator and a kettle as well. The bedroom has 1 queen size bed, a closet, 2 bed side tables and a lampshade. guest have an access to a various commercial establishments such as banks and fastfood restaurants.

The place is walking distance from 3 malls (SM Fairview, Robinsons and Fairview Terraces). The room has a swimming pool view. Guests can also have a walk around the vicinity which have a all day round security. Pool is being manage separately payment is PHP 150 during regular days and PHP 300 during holidays.
