This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

It consists of a 40 m² light-flooded large living-dining and cooking area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the unique desert landscape. A bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and 2 bedside tables overlooking the Atlantic Ocean ensures a feel-good factor A bathroom with window shower, toilet, vanity and mirror cabinet.

Located in an exclusive zone of Lajares right under the volcano ‘Calderón Hondo’. The house consists of two bedrooms, a connecting bathroom, toilet, storage room, kitchen, living room. Wooden deck with outdoor shower and heated pool (6 x 2,5m). Minimalist design with extensive glazing providing great views to one of the most beautiful landscapes of the north of Fuerteventura.
