One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. En planta alta, entrepiso con cama matrimonial, en planta baja se encuentran el dormitorio con 2 cuchetas, cocina baño y living. La casa tiene wifi.

It features security, tennis court, and direct and private access to El Barco beach. It is elevated 4 m above ground level which allows to have an excellent view of the neighborhood and the sea but is not recommended for young children. Built in two modules , one social area plus master bedroom and the other 2 rooms plus bathroom
