Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

It is one of the most gifted and demanded properties in the area, where a great holiday is guaranteed any time of the year.

Old terrera house, from 1954, fishermen's house in La Aldea, especially for the elderly or disabled, as it has no entrance stairs. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Gas stations, pharmacy and supermarkets about a kilometer away. Authorized to accommodate only four people. Price: 60 euros per night. Special prices per week or month. For several months, ask me. Fixed parking behind the house without any problem. La Aldea is a very quiet and safe village.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Surrounded by restaurants where you can taste fresh fish and typical local dishes. At night, the sound of the sea from your terrace while gazing at the starry sky is simply spectacular. Walking one of the best preserved wetlands, the Marciegas Wetland.

It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

At the El Lomito property, you'll be immersed in nature. We offer you the best views of El Nublo Natural Park where you can appreciate the grandeur of Roque Nublo, one of our best tourist attractions. Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
