The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

As three retired gentlemen skiers, the accommodation fully met our requirements of each having their own bedrooms with ensuite facilities and was of high quality. The apartment is on the top floor of the property which restricts headroom in certain areas which is not a big problem when you remember. The most common time when we forgot was after accessing the fridge freezer and then standing up. Travelling to different ski areas by car took between 30 and 50 minutes and staying outside of the resorts meant the premium prices of food and drinks was only paid at lunchtime. Peaceful and quiet location. Whilst the nearest bar and restaurant, the Tarin, where we enjoyed some evenings of good food and drink, was just within walkable distance, unfortunately, the road at night is not best suited to pedestrians. We ate in on some nights and found the kitchen area well equipped. The WiFi signal was relatively weak and slow. In summary, we would happily book this accommodation again.

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

An absolute home away from home! The space was warm, inviting, and incredibly comfortable—the beds were dreamy, and the sheets were top-notch. A stay at the top thanks to Dom! Whenever we needed something, he was there. Kind, helpful and attentive, it made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was spotless, super well-equipped (special mention for the raclette and fondue machine, essential after a good day on the slopes!). In short, a 5-star experience, we'll be back without hesitation. Thank you Dom, you are the king of the track... and hospitality!

Sandrine and her husband are really charming and attentive. Very good location to reach the city center of Annecy on foot along the small green river…. Le Thiou. Old Annecy is also beautiful …. the pretty little house of Sandrine gives the opportunity to do many hikes all around Annecy. This house also has a very nice little garden with trees and flowers. We'll be happy to come back especially since regularly this family home is improved. A little more we were able to swim in the lake in April and, we also had the good surprise to see the snow at the top of the Semnoz...

Very nice house, spacious, clean and pleasant overlooking the snow-capped peaks. An exterior conducive to rest in the sun. Beautiful area with beautiful walks, beautiful scenery. Communicating with Sarah is very easy. Everything was perfect during our stay!

We had a great time at Patricia's place. Everyone was delighted (from 11 to 83 years old). The cottage is warm (inside and out) and nothing is missing. A big thank you for these beautiful memories in the Bauges!

We had a great time with the family (with 3 young children) at Stéphane's. It is the ideal place to enjoy the resort of Semnoz, Annecy and even Quintal (where there is a beautiful 11th century church and a well-stocked library-ludo). The accommodation is perfectly well-equipped and comfortable to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Everything is there to travel light without regretting having left the house children's games, a raclette or fondue machine! Stéphane is the perfect host for his kindness, attention to detail and advice. The bread of the Viuz-la-chiesaz bakery is a real delight! Shops, restaurants, cheese shop, everything is quickly accessible by beautiful mountain roads. We'll most certainly come back to that. Thank you for these beautiful discoveries!

We had a great weekend, there were 10 of us so we rented the studio + the house it was perfect. The accommodation is very well appointed, very clean, we really liked the atmosphere. The ski departure is a 7-8min drive. it's hard to find places to stay for 8-10 people and this one is great!
