Chris is a super host and i think he did an excellent job having us. Definitely a good place to stay in tulum and discover the areas around. The beach is not around the corner but you can rent a car and be there in a few minutes its not a big deal. I recommand to check out burritos amore they have the best burritos and aldos ice cream is delicious with diffrent flavours. We have to admit that we had the best internet here since in other areas the connection was bad. On the whole its an awesome place, pool and rooftop is clean we were able to grill and have a BBQ with a beautiful sunset we will definitely remember. Nice people, good atmosphere thumps up. The staff was kind and security was always around. We appriciated our time here. We say thank you very much chris we enjoyed it.”

I stayed for a week and never had a problem with the internet, very good speed. There is a breakfast place right at the corner of the street where the food is delicious. Main st is only 5 minutes away by foot. Location is very safe and quiet. The best part is the private pool!”

What guests are saying:“The room was extraordinary and very modern. Bed was comfortable, TV was updated with having Netflix. The work area was excellent and fast wifi. The consigree at the front is very kind and the place has a sweet black cat that we love. The only downsides were not having the proper items for cooking like cutting board, dish towels and a proper coffee maker. It can also be very noisy outside the window with all sorts of vendors hitting their horns and making sounds. The pictures don't detail it but the outside areas are very much under construction and ghetto-ish, although it was definitely still safe. Close walk to good restaurants like Burrito Amor & CANOVA cantina. All around though, a really good value for the price and pleasant experience.”
