If you're in Fort McMurray or Edmonton, definitely consider visiting this place. It feels like stepping back in time—in the best way. The town has a warm, welcoming vibe, and the locals are incredibly friendly. There’s plenty to see and do, and we especially loved the charming backyard and the scenic boardwalk that leads straight into a national park. The kitchen and bathroom were beautifully designed, with a tasteful, modern touch that made our stay even more comfortable. But the absolute highlight? A breathtaking northern lights display that lit up the sky on our very first evening. It was truly unforgettable. We visited the area for the World Field Archery Championship. This cabin was well stocked with everything that we needed. Coming back to this cozy little spot and building a fire was the perfect end to our day. Justin communicated promptly. We would highly recommend this cabin.

This place was excellent and we had a great time, felt very cozy thoroughly appreciated the in-floor heating and we mentioned that we were bringing our dog, it was nice to see a dog bed and food and water dish upstairs as well as another dog bed and food and water dish downstairs, extremely accommodating and beautiful views would definitely like to go back in the summer

We had a great stay at Fork Lake!! The camper was perfect, clean and stocked. big lot, and great neighbors. Kevin was great, he checked in to make sure everything was going ok and we didn’t need anything. 2 minute walk to the beach. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

I’m originally from Plamondon, but moved to Okotoks years ago to start my family. As my family grows, we needed more space for the holidays when we come visit. We landed upon Chantal & Étienne’s listing and instantly booked! Everything is walkable in Plamondon, so this was nice and close to where my family was. Our son loved the children’s corner of toys and books, and could not stop walking in circles pointing out all the cool details and lights. We enjoyed having the space and the hot tub for our parent nightly wind down. The suite was cozy, welcoming and so peaceful. It was the mental reset we needed as parents with 2 under 2. Chantal checked in often and made sure everything was absolutely perfect throughout our stay! We have recommended this place to many of our friends and family, and we know we will be back soon!
