This house has a small full kitchen with induction cooktop and a bathroom with shower and compost toilet. It can accommodate 4 people, with a mezzanine bed and sofa bed on the ground floor. The large balcony will allow you to contemplate the magnificent view that is available to you. Outdoor fireplace and hammocks.

You will enjoy taking a walk in summer with our boats that will be provided to you to navigate on the water with effortless access to the lake located on the shore of Lake Sébastien with its 7 km of navigation where you will come across the always impressive seaplanes. From your terrace you will be dazzled by the beautiful sunrises. Quad and snowmobile trails are accessible from the chalet itself. Falardeau Zoo, Chutes-aux-Galets Trail, fishing, you'll run out of time!!

Located on the edge of the La Baie borough, our rustic and comfortable solid wood accommodations are only accessible on foot from the site's reception. Our accommodations are located at a minimum distance of 50 m from each other, to ensure privacy and tranquility. A wide variety of outdoor activities nearby.

Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly setting, enjoy a large wooded property bordered by a charming little non-motorized lake. You can enjoy pleasant walks on the trails behind the cottage, or go snowshoeing in winter. The location is also ideal for snowmobile enthusiasts: the federally maintained trails are directly accessible from a small private road on our property.

About 30 minutes from Chicoutimi, you can take the opportunity to visit the tourist attractions of Saguenay–Le lac Saint-Jean. In any season, at the Rondin des Monts-Valin, you won't be bored!

Located just 13 minutes from Valinouet and 15 minutes from Chicoutimi, access to the mountain bike and snowmobile trails is easy.

Renovated and very cozy lakefront house in the Monts-Valins area, 5 minutes from the village of Falardeau. Really bright, with a cozy atmosphere with the gas fireplace and an extraordinary view, it feels so good! In winter, snowmobile paradise with direct access from the chalet, 20 minutes from the Valinouet ski resort, 10 minutes from the Monts Valin National Park, and close to several tourist attractions such as the Falardeau Zoo.

Located 20 minutes from Alma and 30 minutes from Saguenay, with access to all the attractions of the region: beaches, national parks, snowmobile and mountain bike trails, festivals and more. On site is a petanque court, trampoline, swing, volleyball and lots of other games. Two kayaks are provided to explore more than 100 km of waterway on the Péribonka River, a few minutes' walk away via a dock and a boat ramp.
