apartment is very Peaceful and sea beach very near also shopping centre you can walk by yourself . garden very clean and beautiful. our family spend very nice time together at the apartment. Specially with papa everything is best There was a lake just next to the garden. Highly recommend. we will come back again soon.

This was my second stint at Osman’s airbnb and same as the first period - everything was great. It’s well-equipped for short or long (in my case) stays. He (and is his family) are also incredible hosts. I felt very safe in the area, cared for by the hosts, and really enjoyed my time here. Look forward to coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at this farmstay with our cat and dog. The property is scenic and spacious, with a beautifully maintained garden and lush greenery. We especially loved spending time on the verandah with the BBQ, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The on-site dogs were incredibly friendly and got along well with our pets. A personal highlight for me was the giant windmill right next door—it added a unique charm to the place, especially when paired with the breathtaking, star-filled night sky as seen from the terrace above. Inside, the stay was just as comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. One thing to note: the TV isn't a smart TV, so if you plan on streaming Netflix or similar, it's worth bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable. Overall, a perfect escape for nature lovers, pet owners, and anyone looking for a relaxing retreat!

This was my first experience in India. I stayed here for a month, and I'm so happy that I did. The house manager/caretaker was beyond excellent. Everything was wonderful. Great local vibe, restaurants and great prices in the area. Highly, Highly and Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is situated in a peaceful location with a beautiful view of the mountains and a stunning night sky of stars. Parking was very convenient. we easily parked two cars without any trouble. The food prepared by Hari was delicious and very reasonably priced, making our stay even more comfortable. A special mention to Tamil, the caretaker, who was helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely love to visit again!

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and made check-in a breeze. My family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The property was beautifully designed, with every amenity thoughtfully considered—from the stairwell leading to the water to the many benches for relaxation and the well-placed fans ensuring comfort at every corner. The bathrooms were spotless, which we really appreciated. Dr. R was incredibly responsive, as were the people around, making our experience seamless. Anytime we encountered a hiccup, Dr. R was just a call away, readily available to translate and assist, ensuring our trip was smooth and stress-free. This Airbnb was the perfect rest stop on our road trip, and we truly wished we could have stayed longer. My mother especially loved sitting by the water with her coffee, while I enjoyed spending time upstairs, chatting and unwinding. One recommendation for travelers: consider driving a smaller vehicle, as the roads in this part of Kerala is quite narrow. Overall, an amazing and well-managed stay—we would absolutely return!
