Mid-Century 1960's A Frame in Running Springs, CA. 30 Minutes to Big Bear, 15 to Lake Arrowhead, and also LOTS to do within minutes of the house including Santa's Village and Sky Park. 2 Bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the first floor and an additional bedroom is upstairs in the loft. Note that the upstairs room does not have a door but it is private with a wall to block the view from the first floor. Stocked kitchen, linen service for sheets and towels and a large deck w/ Grill

Built in 1962 and refurbished in 2018 this little hideout feels just right. Starting with a good cup of coffee in the warm morning sun as it rises over the mountains to the east and through the kitchen windows to being wrapped in that golden hour as the sun drops bellow the hills to the west. The house has been a labor of love and reflects that same good energy. Located in a very quiet neighborhood on a little spread just far enough away but only about two miles from the lake. Trees, Trees and More Trees

When we were looking to buy a mountain cabin our goal was to see trees, trees & more trees! The cabin is surrounded by tall pine trees; the front has a spacious, sunny deck, the back has a "meditation" area, & picnic/BBQ area. My wife loves to sit in the back w/her dogs, watching the star lit night thru the trees, drinking her tea. Built on the mountainside, we listed it as unsuitable for children under 2yrs becuz we don’t want them to fall & get hurt. Older children shouldn't have a problem.

Easy access from the highway, and ground level parking. Walk down the 4 stairs from parking and turn the corner, you enter our hideaway on the mountain. A few steps further to the door, and welcome to our cozy living room. Look out at the majestic giant pine trees, or start a fire in our stone covered fireplace. The kitchenette is right at the side, fully equipped for your getaway from the chaos down in the city. Descend to the 2nd level where the bedrooms await your visit.
