Beachfront vacation rentals in Lake Champlain

It had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Anne Marie even had a fire going in the fireplace for my arrival. Even though this spot would be ideal in the summer because it's right on the lake, I found it to be very beautiful and comfortable in the dead of winter. It was plenty warm, and easy to get in and out. I couldn't be happier with both the home and the host.

Beautiful lake house! Beachfront area was wonderful for all water activities. Easy access to the Champlain Islands which had tons of fall activities going on. House is loaded with everything you need for cooking and clean up.

This place is so wonderful! Everything is provided for your comfort. Rayna was great in communicating an issue about one of the toilet is not working and offered a full refund if that would be a problem, which it was not at all. The location is great. Easy access to the lake for swimming or kayaking (kayak/canoe is available for use). It has a nice patio for sitting while enjoying the sunset view. This makes it to the list of favorite places to stay.

MJ and Packy’s listing was exactly as described. Right on the Hudson River with beautiful views. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked. Rooms were comfy (beds could be upgraded but were adequate). Super clean bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of linens/towels. It’s 15-20 minutes from Glen Falls and Lake George and 25 mins to Saratoga Springs, if you want more options for food/nightlife/things to do. We were snowed in for a day and it felt just like home - games/tv/comfy couch. Would recommend.

This was a perfect weekend getaway. The cabin is cozy, hidden away and perfect for couples. Having a hot tub off the bed room and private doc was amazing. The host, Bobby, was super easy to communicate with and met us when we pulled in to get us in no problem. Highly recommend the Baker mountain trail head which is just a few minutes away. It gets a bit steep, but an excellent view at the top!

We had such an amazing time here. The location is incredible. We were touring around NY state and this was our favourite stop off. Jon and Brenda were really helpful and welcoming. The cabin is beautiful, clean and homely. We had loads of fun using the kayaks, listening to the birds, doing amazing walks. If we ever come back to the US, this will be top on our list of where to go!

David’s cabin was the perfect getaway. Beautiful spot right on the water, super clean, and the hot tub was amazing. David’s communication was excellent and made everything so easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Air b&b, the place was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Quiet at night, amazingly well equipped kitchen, great value for money all in all. Beautiful home on two floors, well lit close to Magog city center. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are a big plus. Had a pleasant stay at Véronique's, she was very attentive and made sure that we lacked nothing. Recommended without hesitation!

Good getaway spot for a weekend in the winter. The area was quiet and private. Not too many people around which was great. Not far from downtown Lake George and 15 min from Bolton Landing. Place was clean and had everything we wanted! We will go again at some point! Beautiful views if you walk towards the water. Fireplace worked well. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. All basic amenities provided.

Benoit is a very attentive host. First, he offered me the opportunity to enter the condo earlier, which I did and really enjoyed it. Also, when I arrived, I found several small snacks on the table. What a delicacy on his part! What also delighted me were the three logs provided for a fireplace. Another notable advantage: the pool, spa and sauna inside the building. Finally, I give Benoit an A+ for quick communication and all the very clear guidelines documents inside the condo. I had a pleasant stay in this condo that perfectly matched the description and was impeccably clean. For me who was traveling alone, it was perfect. However, I would find it a little small for four people. Finally, the location of this condo is great, especially in summer with Lake MemphréMagog! That said, highly recommend. Keita's home was beautiful! right next to the river and very peaceful. The space was cozy and perfect for a getaway.

Lovely space, we were 3 sibblings with our families - room for everyone to hang out and spread out. We appreciated the great kitchen and comfy furniture. Beds were comfortable and we were able to have our dogs as well.

The house is beautiful, sparkly clean and well-equipped. Camille is very friendly and responsive. The instructions are super clear and very detailed. My family and I had a wonderful stay at Cammile’s place. Thanks for hosting.

This is a fabulous small cottage with a spectacular front porch view of Lake Morey, just 10 yards away. It has all the conveniences, is very clean and modern. Particularly valuable is having access to all the benefits of the Lake Morey Resort, which the cottage is attached to. That includes free canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, tennis courts and rackets, bikes, pool and work out room. It is a little pricey up front, but all those assets make it worth the expense. And the lake is so wonderful to spend time in and on!

This exceptional lake house provided the most welcoming space we could have asked for to celebrate our family and to spend time together. From heated floors on the cool nights to the beautiful piano to the awesome "grown-up-sized" Jenga, we filled our days with settling in together and simply enjoying! We are so grateful for Dina to sharing this wonderful home with us!!

Barbara’s peaceful cabin was absolutely gorgeous. We loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful scenery and right next to the lake. The cabin is also only a short distance from the Lapland skiing center and therefore an ideal location for all cross country skiing fans. Barbara was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We are hoping to come back in the summer

I have been coming up to the area since I was young, but it was my wife’s first trip to the Adirondacks. I wanted to show my wife all of the special places my dad took me when i was little. I managed to show her some of the other spots before we checked in, and I’m glad I did, because once we arrived at the air bnb, we were home. It took little time to realize that we were spending the entire trip on the lake and at the camp. To try to put it in perspective, we woke up each morning while it was still dark to make sure we could watch the sun rise above the lake each morning (and get some prime fishing time in). The cabin itself is well maintained, and very charming. Ona was very responsive and an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Stacy and Mike were excellent hosts. Responsive, helpful, very friendly and flexible. The property was incredible. The outdoor spaces were perfect including the hot tub, fire pit table, grill, porches. It was cold so we wimped out and didn’t use the kayaks but we took advantage of most of the amenities. We also tried out some of the suggestions that they left for us, and enjoyed a great hike to the Hadley Fire Tower. Great place to stay, highly recommend!!!!

We rented Lucus' home in Grand Isle for 4 days during school vacation week. 2 adults and 5 kids and everyone had a blast! There was something for everyone to do. The views of lake Champlain are amazing and the sunrise each morning was a major highlight for both adults and kids. Lucas offered some great local recommendations for food and things to do. I can't recommend this Airbnb enough, it was so memorable and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely consider staying here again when we are back in the area.

Place is clean and modern. View is amazing. Bruce and Virginia are great to work with. Only drawback is the close proximity of the road. Not comparing value to only Vermont so possibly unfair but when compared to other places in the US as well as multiple other countries it could be a better value. We enjoyed our stay.

Great home with beautiful view. Visited in winter and was great, imagine summer would also be amazing!
