Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lake Champlain

The house was cheerful and pristine. It was well stocked and the linens & bedding were great quality. The house size was perfect for 5 or 6 people and we enjoyed it immensely. The house was very clean and well kept. There was a nice outside deck area with a fire pit and chairs, and we found it very pleasant.

I wish we would’ve had time to learn the history of Abigail’s charming home. The apartment is so cute, comfortable, and spacious and is in a great location. Abigail is prompt to reply and is a very helpful host. The only potential caveat is that the stairs leading up to the unit are outside and may be challenging for some depending on the weather. But overall a great place to stay!

Dorothy's place is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. She is a responsive and helpful host. It is a great place to relax after a busy day, prepare a small meal. I have stayed at Dorothy's multiple times and hope to return!

We were visiting Warrensburg for skiing at Gore with kids and family and stayed at Smith’s place for an extended weekend. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities my family needed. We made dinners at home and kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Bedrooms were well appointed and had amazing mattresses for high quality sleep after a full day of skiing. Fyi, We were only 25 mins from Gore skiing. Loved everything about the house, and we will definitely plan to return for the next season.

Alex was a great host- very responsive, easy instructions, and polite when communicating. The house itself was in a great location. Less than 5 min from Simon Pearce and Skinny Pancake and only 10 min from Woodstock. There’s also Jake’s Quechee Market which is well stocked with food/beverages. It feels secluded but still nearby plenty of things to do. The house is modern and the robes/hot tub shoes are a great touch. The staircase is not as hard to navigate as some others have stated. Kitchen could do with some more silverware/cooking utensils (we had a big group of 8) but our cooking was minimal so it wasn’t a huge deal. We did not use the fireplace but Alex provided detailed instructions if we wanted to. Hot tub was a large size and able to fit everyone comfortably. We had a great stay at the Quechee Haus!

Lord’s Creek Private Haven, is a great place to stay. The view is beautiful, it's quiet & peaceful. Inside is cozy and roomy. We have stayed here many times, and it is are go to place.

We spent a lovely four days at Angela's home. We were two couples staying in the area to attend a college sporting event and Angela's home proved to be a perfect place to stay. The home is located a few miles from Middlebury College in a charming and picturesque area. The photos do not do it justice. The views from the windows, which overlook the VT mountains, are nothing less than stunning. The home is spotless and meticulously maintained. Angela has wonderful taste in art and the home is beautifully decorated. The large, newly renovated kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances, dishes and glasses. The linens and towels in the bedrooms and bathrooms were of excellent quality. The beds were very comfortable. There were thoughtful touches left by Angela such as fresh flowers in three of the rooms, as well as wine, cheese and coffee for us to enjoy. All in all, it was an outstanding stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to other travelers!

We fell in love with this place! If you’re thinking about staying here- do it! You won’t regret it. This is the cutest little studio, right on a gorgeous lake. It feels so homey and had everything we needed for a cozy little weekend. Also, Lynne & John are the kindest, MOST gracious hosts. They made us breakfast one morning, left us banana bread & cookies & other snacks in our room, and they were just generally the sweetest people ever! They gave us tons of recommendations for fun things to do around town, too. The dock was so beautiful to sit and look at the lake in the mornings. We can’t say enough good things about this place & the hosts, and we really hope to come back again someday soon!💗

This is our second time staying at Deb's place. Same as last time we were here, the place is clean and feels like our sweet home away from home. My son insisted that we returned to the apartment after learning that we would be doing spring skiing at Whiteface. It is conveniently located, which allows us to ski during the day, come back for a late lunch and rest a bit before heading out to catch the ECAC Men's Hockey final in Lake Placid at night. We look forward to spending more days at Deb's place in the near future.

Our family, comprising six adults and a baby, thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here during a busy (solar eclipse) weekend in April. This property is brand new. There are a number of hotel rooms on the property. We stayed at the apartment suite just above the restaurant. The apartment was quite comfortable, offering ample space. It was impeccably clean, and everything was fresh and new. The convenience of having the restaurant just below was a definite highlight, making dining options easily accessible. We could hear noise from the restaurant in the evening but it did not wake our baby or impair our stay. There is a nice waterfall on the property. Proximity to Sugarbush was very good. Our hosts, TJ and Johnny, for the most part, were attentive and responsive. There was no TV in the unit or dressers in the rooms (we were told they may be adding a TV in the future). There was a bluetooth speaker for music. Our overall experience was excellent and we wholeheartedly recommend

Meachele is a wonderful hostess and her place is cozy comfortable clean and exactly right for our family. We come up to Lake Placid for a hockey tournament and can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The place and her hospitality are more than you can ask for and we are so grateful that she opens her Airbnb to us.

I couldn't have been happier with my stay in this charming apartment. Clean, lovely furnishings, thoughtful and welcoming touches throughout. Abundance of natural light, quiet and private, less than 5 -minute drive to town. Theresa and Ben are friendly and helpful, immediately responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Jean's apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner there one night and have all of the oils and seasonings that we needed to make the meal.

Cindy and Doug were phenomenal hosts and their suite was so lovely to spend the weekend in while skiing at Killington. Their suite was very clean and cozy, and they went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. They provided homemade banana bread, fresh fruit, snacks, coffee, and even left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. This was one of our favorite airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at, and we hope to stay here again on future trips!

Cozy B&B, very comfortable and close to Lake Placid village. Walls are a bit thin. Hosts are friendly and welcoming.

Geraldine was extremely hospitable, yummy breakfast, very homey. Would recommend!

Lara's place is just as described, peaceful, quiet and nestled in serene surroundings. The kitchen has all the amenities one could wish for and is well stocked and easy to get groceries to do my own cooking. The suites are beautiful and comfortable, just what i needed after a hard day working. I spent a work working and it was great to come "home" to the peace and quiet of the Homestead. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing place to stay for a ski weekend at Sugarbush! Super comfortable beds, clean space, and great breakfast for a nice extra touch. Felt like home sitting by the fire after a long ski day! We will definitely be back.

Karyl has hosting down to a perfection! We were late arrival in Karyl was up waiting for us. Their house is perfectly clean and was beautifully decorated for Christmas! The lake views were amazing. She had breakfast waiting for my daughter and I when we came downstairs. They had some great local recommendations for us. Would stay again. Thank you Karyl!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Julia’s place. The bedroom is spacious, private and comfortable. The bathroom is perfect. Everything is spotless! The bed is unbelievably comfortable. I slept very well and found the location quite peaceful. Julia is kind, and warm and made me feel at home. I highly recommend Julia‘s place without any hesitation.

Nancy is a warm and welcoming host and her beautiful home is nestled in a peaceful, tranquil New Hampshire community. The spacious wraparound porch is a perfect place for lounging and enjoying views of the lovely flower gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed our chats with Nancy and her daughter, Lindsay, as well as getting to know their sweet family dogs, Beau and Marley. Our guest room and private bath were clean, spacious, and very comfortable --we felt completely at ease and well-rested throughout our stay. Each morning, Nancy prepared a scrumptious and beautifully presented three-course breakfast and she graciously accommodated our dietary requests. We had a truly enjoyable stay and are already looking forward to our next visit!
