Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Champlain

The house was cheerful and pristine. It was well stocked and the linens & bedding were great quality. The house size was perfect for 5 or 6 people and we enjoyed it immensely. The house was very clean and well kept. There was a nice outside deck area with a fire pit and chairs, and we found it very pleasant.

Our second stay at Fox Hollow. Great location next to town. Beds and baths worked well for us. Access to trails and sledding out the back of the property was great. The front porch puts you in a special place and mood. J

Our first time at Lynda's home in the woods. Place was exactly how described! Was very cozy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, very private and close to skiing and town. We enjoyed to sauna every day. We got to relax and really enjoy ourselves. Lynda was very quickly to respond and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely plan to go back, we loved it!

Had a great week at Chad’s property. Felt right at home and had all of the amenities we needed for our family and dog. Close to downtown, plenty of space, clean and he was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Appreciate it!

It is a beautiful house where you can smell the family and we liked that a lot. It is close to the ski slopes, very clean and comfortable. Lidsa and Tom have very good communication, excellent service.

Nancy’s place was a great option for my stay in the area. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the couch was comfortable. As was the one bed I slept in. I was visiting for a work trip. Nancy was also incredibly responsive to any questions I had, and was offering suggestions for the area I found useful. I’m glad to have found this place. While on this trip, I did not bring my dogs, I will be sure to stay here on my next one to the area. I typically stay in hotels here, but I will do my best to stay at Nancy’s anytime visiting in the future.

Erinn was very polite and helpful. The place was clean and was exactly as advertised. Great location, walking distance from bars, restaurants, and the city plaza. Overall a great experience from the quality of the apartment to communication with host, as well as a great location in the city. Would definitely stay again if I was going back!

This stunning getaway was a true 5-star experience for us—and our pup! It was our first vacation with our dog, and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to unwind for a week. The house is thoughtfully designed to showcase the gorgeous wooded views, with cozy chairs by the windows and a wood stove that made our morning coffee feel extra special. We were lucky enough to visit during a snowstorm, which transformed the landscape into a winter wonderland. Despite the heavy snowfall, the driveway was promptly cleared, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Tomo was an exceptional host—always available and quick to respond to any questions. We fell in love with this beautiful space and are already talking about returning in the summer to experience it in a whole new way!

A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

Great place to relax, enjoy nature and peace & quiet. Lovely scenery and while separate from any commotion, easy to get to anywhere you need to get to in the Lake George area. Host was proactive and responded quickly, cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. Definitely coming back!

Perfect location for skiing, and cosy home that we all enjoyed (including our pup). We appreciated the thoughtful touches provided by the host, and the apple orchard was a beautiful setting. Would definitely stay again!

This house is beautiful and the property is very peaceful.

Wonderful! Five of us (two different families) stayed for a week of snowboarding. It was close to the mountain and had everything we needed. The condo was clean and just as described. Some might find it small, but it had everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice place for the 6 of us and dog for a long ski weekend in March. Condo was as described. The kitchen was very clean, nothing in fridge. New fridge and new oven. The bathrooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs space a bit tight for 4 adults, but we managed fine. Two of the twin beds are in an open loft area, which didn’t bother us as we were all going to bed at the same time and waking early to go skiing. Just mentioning this in case you were looking for a 3rd bedroom that was fully enclosed. The Spa and Cafe/ Wine Bar were a great addition to our ski weekend activities. The host was wonderful and very responsive. We highly recommend this condo.

Peaceful, Serene location just 10 minutes from Stratton. We enjoyed the use of the new hot tub, and roomy kitchen. This space is surrounded by nature with plenty of space for you and your group. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place in the country. We were looking for a quiet place in the country, where we could relax with our dog for a short weekend place - and Travis' place ended up being the perfect place for that. The house has everything you need for a break, Travis was very responsive and proactive, and the fenced in yard was large (our St Bernard really appreciated that)! In addition to the fenced in yard, there is also a trail running through the property alongside the stream. Good location in the mountains - private and rural but also a short drive away from amenities.

A wonderful place to stay in Montpelier. The location was walkable to anywhere you wanted to go downtown. Jamie was responsive and friendly.

Wonderful stay at white pine camp. The house is so much better than the photos, space is clean and clutter free. Photos make the camp look way more dated than it is. Very spacious. Could not find anything to complain about definitely looking forward to returning in the future

I wish I could rate this home 6 stars. It is beautiful, peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. The two bedrooms are great and very comfortable, and they actually have anything you might need in terms of toiletries. Corey was super responsive and helpful, he quickly answered the few questions that I had. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a small getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at Jon’s place! Unfortunately we had a rainy weekend, but made the best of it and enjoyed using the wood fireplace. The house wasn’t as private as I’d hoped from the listing as it’s near many other cabins, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we visited in the off season. The house is very roomy inside and was perfect for our family of 3. We hope to visit the area again soon!

Will was extremely friendly and communicated very well. The place was very comfortable, and both the photos and descriptions matched what we saw there. I highly recommend this location and would definitely return here on another visit to the pleasant city, Montpelier.

A wonderful place to stay for a fall weekend getaway! Sonia was an absolute pleasure to speak with, she was so helpful with any questions we had. She made the trip smooth and easy. The house was a perfect location for all our adventures planned. Everything was 10 mins or less drive to get to and Downtown was even a short distance walk for restaurants. The house was spacious for 6 adults, 3 small children and even a few dogs. Would definitely book again! We even made the mistake of leaving our fur baby’s crate at the house and Sonia was nice enough to have it shipped back to us. We are so thankful..She is an angel! Highly recommend for a memorable vacation. Book without any hesitations :)

Jennifer and Craig’s cabin is the perfect getaway—simple, cozy, and well-equipped. Our kids loved sledding right outside and curling up together at night. We’ve been coming since 2020 and will keep returning as they grow. Almost hesitant to share how great it is—we’d love to keep this gem to ourselves!
