Quiet yet central. Private terrace, bathroom and kitchen. King-size bed for a great night's sleep. You can reach the train station and the centre of Wattwil in 7 minutes on foot. Right in front of the apartment are hiking trails that will take you, for example, to the Waldbach waterfall. Stay on the Way of St. James and enjoy the view of Lake Constance, Lake Zürrisee or Säntis. In 25 minutes, you can reach Säntis or the Sieben Churfirsten by car, as well as the Thurwasserfälle and more. There is space for your car and bicycles.

Our vacation rental is located in a very peaceful and completely quiet area on a street running parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lovely wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a beautiful day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other enticing leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

Holiday Appartement Rüland

Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Findling holiday apartment: private beach & lake view

Your own beach on Lake Constance. Just a few steps between your coffee cup and a jump into the water. In summer you paddle off directly from the property by canoe or SUP, sunbathe and grill while the sun sinks into the lake. In winter the barrel sauna, the fireplace and the double bathtub await, overlooking the still water. 92 m² for 4 guests on the UNESCO World Heritage island of Reichenau. Restaurants and boat landing 300 m away, Konstanz in 15 minutes, Zurich in just over an hour.

Wooden caravan Gottlieben, lake access, close to nature

Living close to nature in a beautiful, very quiet location, with an unobstructed view over the field to the south. Despite the proximity of the caravans and the main house, there is a pleasant private space. The facility is very simple, and the external toilet/shower is not for everyone. Gottlieben is a wonderful place to spend time: cafe, restaurant, swimming area. Great access to Konstanz: by boat, by bike, and on foot along Pappelallee by the Seerhein.

Vacation home overlooking the lake

Our cozy apartment is located overlooking the Swiss shore, southwest-facing in Wangen, within walking distance of Lake Constance. The three-room apartment with separate entrance is 78 m² and has a terrace across the entire width, directly to the garden. Hikes or bike tours can be started directly from the house. Information about excursions and sights can be found in our suburb and in the tourist information of Öhningen.

Apartment Abbot Ekkehard

Our apartment Abt Ekkehard with 65 sqm was completely rebuilt and modernized at the beginning of 2024. It is located on the 2nd floor of the historic main house and has a spacious terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. From the bedroom you have a beautiful lake view. The large garden with numerous seating options and wonderful views of the lake invites you to sit outdoors.
