Impeccable accommodation, in a sublime living space. Corzent beach and its park, within a 5-minute walk, make it a very good holiday setting, quiet and peaceful. Also, communication with Hanan and her husband came naturally. They were kind enough to give us recommendations for nearby restaurants, including the famous Il Vesuvio, which was excellent:) Feel free to spend your holidays in the area, and rest in Hanan's place, you won't be disappointed!

Very well located apartment, in the center of Duingt. We had a pleasant time despite a very capricious weather. The apartment is close to several restaurants and a convenience store which is a plus:). Nearby road traffic may be inconvenient during rush hours, if you want to fully enjoy the balcony. The view of Lake Annecy is really sumptuous, thank you Sophie!

I had wonderful time at Anne's place. Anne is a really kind, responsive and warm-hearted host. She was always ready to help and did best to accommodate my needs and requests. The house was super clean and has almost everything for living a guest could imagine. I strongly recommend Anne' apartment.

What a beautiful setting for nature lovers like us. It had everything to feel good. The impeccable accommodation, but also this breathtaking view of the lake and the mountain. Bike, hike, good little restaurants too, shops within walking distance, a host responsive to our questions. We recommend this magical place!

Menthon is a very special place and Pascale’s place is right in the village. We were able to nip to the shop and boulangerie and get great coffee all within a mjnutes walk. Place is cosy and had fantastic views to the beautiful chateau.

Carole is a warm and hospitable hostess as she flexibly scheduled an arrival time based on our air flight and welcomed us in person to show us our “home away from home.” Very convenient location in charming Lutry, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva. The 2nd floor of the home was spacious, private and very accommodating. Conveniently located with nearby bus stops, a market, and picturesque walkways along the lake. The overlooking balcony was our closing of most evening. Our sincere appreciation for your kindnesses.

The apartment is very beautiful, in a beautiful village. The furniture is new and the bed is comfortable, I recommend it.

Completely amazing! I came with a few friends for two birthdays and it was exactly what we wanted - an incredible view, we woke up every morning still thinking it wasn’t real! Lots of places to either sun bathe or hide from the sun, easy to get to the lake, quiet, just excellent. Kevin was also incredibly helpful!

Great house in secluded area of the campsite, very near dog friendly beach and all the sights of the lake. Turid was very responsive to the queries we had. Recommend.

We had an ideal vacation at Thierry's The House is modern, functional and above all the setting is beautiful. We had taken our canoes and leave the dock to walk in the caneaux or go to the beach it's just great. There are many beaches where you are on your own and are within walking distance from the residence. We were able to play tennis every day and book one of the four courses in advance. There is also a swimming pool, pétanque courts and ping pong tables near the clubhouse where we ordered good pizzas. There are also quite a few things to see in the area. Very good contact with our host. Very friendly and responds quickly to messages. We hope to be back next year.

Our stay at Emilie's beautiful lake house was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Emilie and her family welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, perfect for families with kids. The cozy outside living areas made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for our kids and a relaxing spot for us. The private beach was perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. We were able to use the "pedalo", which was always quite a fun ride. Emilie and her family were exceptional hosts. Overall, our stay at Emilie's lake house was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect family getaway, offering a blend of relaxation. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon. Thank you, Emilie and family, for an amazing stay!

Great stay. Very functional apartment, very well equipped. Ideal location next to the bike path and not very far from Annecy (you can even walk there). The marathon was right in front of the gate. The host is kind, very discreet and very accommodating. We will come back without hesitation

We had a very nice stay at Oliver's apartment. The apartment was as described, very modern and bright. Everything you needed was available in the apartment. The location is also very optimal for excursions in the region. We would recommend the apartment at any time. Communication with Oliver was always very quick and hassle-free.

Everything was perfect! We had a pleasant stay in a heavenly environment. The immediate proximity of the lake is just amazing and allowed us to enjoy the paddles all day. Not to mention the breathtaking view that didn't make us want to go out for dinner in the evening; we preferred to enjoy the terrace and this incredible setting. The studio is cute and really well-equipped, we did not lack anything and appreciated the touches offered by Catherine. The bikes available are also very useful for getting to Annecy or shopping at nearby stores without using your vehicle. As for Catherine and her husband, they are very friendly hosts with whom we enjoyed talking. In short, our best rental near Annecy to date and we hope to come back very soon.

Apartment completely in line with the photos. The apartment, located at the foot of the lake and the city center, is well equipped and furnished for both short and long stays. Communication with Sylvie allowed for self check-in. A nice bouquet of thrush awaited us on the table. Looking forward to coming back

Relaxing and cozy – a great place surrounded by nature! The apartment offers everything you need for a restful stay. The lake is just a 3-minute walk away and the city center can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot, along a scenic path by the lake through a charming little forest. The apartment was very quiet and clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Overall, we would highly recommend this place

Karine is a perfect host. Communication was simple. She gave us good addresses and answered our questions quickly and kindly. The accommodation is ideally located 2 steps from the Lake. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. One regret, the exteriors that are not actually usable. The balcony is a little small and we don't fit 4. The outdoor table is common to the other apartment and you have to go down and out of the apartment to use it.

Adrien is was the sweetest, made sure I had everything that I needed and even picked me up from the train station. Spending time on this poetic boat made me feel like I was in a dream. It was so charming and comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend!! 5 stars all the way!!
