A 1400sqft lower level unit. The space has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a large living area & a smaller second living room with 2 sofa beds. Large windows and double doors leads to a nice outdoor open space. Modern kitchen & dining area, perfect for a nice meal & nice view. We also have a 3 person infrared sauna with full lake view, bluetooth and light therapy. You are also welcome to enjoy our dock, with deep waters and great views. We hope to make your vacation enjoyable and relaxing

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.
