House vacation rentals in Lake June in Winter

Great location for our family gathering! Lots of bedrooms each with its own bath is a must for us. We were very thrilled with wildlife right at the Windy Point property. Like having our own private nature preserve. The Osprey were so active and some were nesting, the Great Horned Owl greeted us every morning and the baby alligators and turtles came out for sun later in the day. The number and variety of Herons was spectacular! Not to mention songbirds, Egrets, Cranes, Limpkins, Ibis, Cardinals, Swallows, on and on. Perfect place for our family to gather, make food, play board games, relax. The folks from Alaska and Michigan really appreciated the winter climate here and everyone enjoyed having a clean pool and hot tub that actually work as advertised! Went by so fast. We are keeping Windy Point in mind for a future family gathering for sure.

Joe's Place in Lake Placid was very nice and clean. Park was a nice setting on Lake. Quiet and relaxing, not a major tourist area. Beautiful pool and friendly people. Grocery store very close by, just outside front entrance to park. Lots of mom & pop type restaurants nearby. Sebring is not too far away if you're into the chain type palces. Only small downside was major road construction on highway 27 through Lake Placid. We would not hesitate to stay at Joe's place again.

We absolutely LOVED this place! The location was perfect and offered enough space and things to do for multiple adults and kiddos! We had such a great time at the Lake House. The host was responsive to my questions and that is always appreciated.

The home was amazing. It has a beautiful view of the lake and offered perfect sunrises. We enjoyed coffee on the open, spacious back porch. The bar top and tv added to the fun while enjoying the pool. The kids were thankful for the firepit to enjoy the lake at night. The house was spacious and the living room couch was too comfortable. The layout makes it easy to have fun with your family while taking in the views of the lake. It was a perfect landing spot while visiting family. We would most definitely choose this house again when in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The check-in process was a breeze with the keyless lock, and the host provided clear instructions ahead of time, making our arrival seamless. The house and pool were both exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The master bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept so well, I don’t think I moved all night! The heated pool was a definite highlight, and we enjoyed relaxing in it well into the evening. While we didn’t use the grill or firepit, the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The location was wonderfully peaceful and private, making it a perfect getaway. Overall, this home was exactly as described, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Sebring!

From the time I booked until check-out, the host was very helpful. My family and I drove from NC and arrived much earlier than anticipated and the host was very understanding and helpful. She allowed an earlier check in that worked perfectly for us. The house was very clean and clutter free and I would highly recommend 5/5

I truly enjoyed staying at Autumn’s property. The weather was perfect for relaxing and reading in the garden. Autumn and Eric are great communicators. I hope to return soon!

We very much enjoyed our long term stay at this fun, wonderful home on the lake! It was very well appointed, extremely comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host Rusty was very cordial and always available for any questions we had.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean and has a lot of space with plenty of natural light. Lots of seating on the back deck to enjoy the sunshine as well. The kitchen was nice for cooking and we were happy to have the washer and dryer. TJ and Sylvia were very responsive and wonderful at recommending good places to visit. Everything about the house is cozy and comfortable and it’s also located in the perfect spot. Right across from the lake and a short drive to the circle in down town Sebring. A few miles from 2 hiking parks that we went to every day and several golf courses along with several places to eat. There’s also a great wide smooth walking sidewalk across the street along the lake that shows how pretty the lake is. We would stay here again in January of next year but it is booked already!

Safe feeling in neighborhood. Close to many lakes from 10 min to 1 hour or two away if taking a boat. Our guys took a boat and fished all week while the girls laid by the pool at the house. It was fabulous. You will need to take chairs to layout in if you’re not in the pool. The only downside was it was 40-60 min from any major restaurants and Walmart. Juanita is great host and communicates quickly and very friendly.

Located in a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, shower has great water pressure, everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Lawn and property was well kept. Alice was responsive when we had a little trouble with the automatic door opener but we soon got the hang of it. Very close to Winn Dixie grocery store for quick trips and about 10 minutes from downtown Lake Placid and Publix. Will be staying again.

Lance's home is Amazing! It is so well stocked with everything you need all you have to bring is your toothbrush and clothes. You feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. There is so much to do that you dont even need to leave the house. So peaceful and serene. You couldn't ask for a better place to have a weekend getaway and we cant wait to go back and stay but hopefully longer next time. Lance responded quickly to any question that we had. This place is wonderful for any family stay.

We were very satisfied with both the house and the host. We rented a boat and had a great time on the lake. Paris let us use their nice wakeboard, tube and tow rope for the boat, which was really a hit with a couple of our younger guests. The porch always had a breeze and was where we all loved to hang out in the AM for coffee and the PM for conversation. The raised view of the lake from the porch was superb. We had ping pong matches and played cards. There were also many other games available. There were lots of small thoughtful details, too many to list, but really added to our experience. All had fun, and we most certainly recommend both Paris and her lovely house on Lake June!

Very nice little place on the water. I was in town for a race and found everything to be just as described. Nice selection of cookware and there were some toiletries in the bathroom, which was much appreciated. Definitely will be looking this place up again when I come to town next time.

This felt like a very lucky find. We were in the area to be at Sebring for work, so it was very nice to be able to get to this place and just...look out at the water. The owners had a person reach out to us about "anything you need," etc., so it was good to have that communication--they even let us know about a problem before it was a problem, as there was a local water main break so we had lower pressure for an afternoon but we knew why at least! The location is great, kind of tucked into the neighborhood there and the space is really great-- can picture how awesome it would be to be there with kids-the bunk bed room (and joined bathroom!) is amazing. Hope we can get lucky again and come back next year-

This place was awesome as were the host. The house was very comfortable and super clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I just can’t say enough about how great our stay was. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again next year.
