Vacation rentals with a firepit in Lake Kivu

It was great to be back here and loved the addition of outside couches to enjoy sitting outside. Toys, books and puzzles a bonus for our 3 small boys to enjoy. And also they loved seeing the monkeys in the nearby trees. We walked out to the nearby shops and play park at the cinema complex. You will need to bring drinking water and cooking oil if planning on self catering. Can definitely recommend staying here if you would like a peaceful and comfortable place!

I stayed in this beautiful house with my family for a month. Very well located, easy to get to and everything you need to feel at home. Paula and the guard of the house always available and ready to help, support and guide. It was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this accommodation 200%. Thank you very much Paula.

My wife and I had an incredible stay during our honeymoon on Lake Bunyoni -- absolutely beautiful surroundings -- there's a circle hut lodge with two large beds and that is very secure -- opens to large front and wraparound deck that overlooks Lake Bunyoni up high from the water -- very peaceful and tranquil and we had the pleasure of seeing several Crested Cranes perched out in front, there's a short grassy area in between the lodge and the lounge area -- where there's an open but covered pavilion that has an enclosed and attached kitchen -- kitchen is rustic but has everything you need to cook with -- stove, pots and pans, utensils, coffee makers -- bring all needed food supplies, spices, butter, etc with you -- staff is always near by if you need anything and they will check in on you frequently -- Josia, Amon, and the others were all awesome ! We mostly relaxed but did do a brief canoe ride (good workout) and took the hike to the blacksmith !! Host always helpful and responsive !!

Robert's place was fantastic! Pacifique and the other team members were such a great help! Check in was seamless, and the place was absolutely beautiful. I would sit out on the Terrance all hours of the night taking in the beautiful views. The apartment was amazing as well, the photos don't do it any justice! Robert recommended a driver, Marc, who was probably the best driver that we had they whole 2 weeks we stayed in Rwanda. He was very prompt, and knowledgeable of the country and had no problem getting anywhere we asked. And Marc had some of the best prices of all the other drivers. the only downside I would say, is that some others drivers had trouble finding Roberts place as I believe it is a new development. but other than that my stay was fantastic. Robert even let us keep our bags in his apartment while we went to church though we had already checked out. Robert made my first experience to Rwanda great and I cannot wait to come back!

Staying at Villa Kileleshwa was nothing short of a DREAM! What a beautiful home! When booking the place, we asked whether it was family/baby-friendly, and it didn't disappoint one bit. From its luscious Eden-like gardens to a lovely decorated home and just the comfiest beds...it was hard to wake up :-) The wait staff were extremely professional and helpful, but especially kind, a wonderful reflection of how the owners treat them. The only thing I would recommend is that the pictures be updated to reflect the true beauty of the place; they do not do it its due justice :-) :-) I can't say enough how much we loved it. I am recommending this to all my friends and family. They put the V in Villa. Thank you, Yannick, Noamie-Anne, and Francoise, for opening your beautiful home to the world! I hope to be back soon :-)

War mit meiner Frau 34 Tage bei Wendy ihren Mann und ihren Kindern und ihren 4 Hunden zu Besuch. Waren alle sehr freundlich, man fühlte sich wie zuhause. Die 4 Hunde waren sehr lieb und richtig angenehm. Das Tiny House war gut eingerichtet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Es ist sehr Privat, das Grundstück komplett gesichert. Wir bekamen leckere selbstgemachte Marmelade und für meine zum kochen grüne Tomaten, die waren richtig lecker ☺️ und diese waren vom eigenem Garten. Wenn ich wieder Urlaub mache in Kigali, werde ich mich zu 100% wieder bei Wendy melden. Haben alles genossen wie es war und ist. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
