Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

Chalet with two bedrooms, large living room and garden surrounded by nature. Reachable in about 20 minutes on foot from Albogasio Superiore (650 meters on foot, elevation gain (from the parking lot) about 200 meters). Free parking at the foot of the slope. The house is located near Switzerland and Porlezza and is not far from the lake and some refreshing rivers (you have to go down the slope to reach them). Some interesting excursions start from the cabin. SPA availability (May-September).

It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

We offer you a wonderful wooden and stone cabin of 70 square metres arranged on two levels with a warm and comfortable atmosphere and at the same time modern and technological, accessible from a steep road of 50 metres downhill and walkable only on foot. The Baita Le Tre Perle is located in Schignano, in the Santa Maria area, surrounded by chestnut woods and enjoys an amazing view of Lake Como, which is 15 minutes away by car.
