La verdad, superó mis expectativas, Carlos una belleza de persona, la naturaleza que se vive es incomparable, la piscina mucho mejor que el anuncio, muy limpia y Carlos siempre pendiente que lo estuviera , el restaurante Los Robles, muy cerca de allí, una delicia, tuve reclamos de las niñas porque tuvimos que irnos, gracias y volveremos este año

Fuimos 2 familias, una hospedada en cada casita y la forma en que esta diseñada la propiedad nos permitía compartir juntos y al mismo tiempo tener privacidad. La atención es rápida y el personal de mantenimiento es de lo máa amable. Todo es tal cual se describe en el anuncio e indudablemente regresaremos pronto!

Casa Tora es una buena opción para un grupo familiar que quiere disfrutar de la belleza natural de playa El Coco. La casa ofrece las amenidades que se necesitan para pasar una buena estancia. Muy recomendable opción.

5 STARS all the way around for Miki’s house. She was amazing to work with, her house was so cool and super close to the beach. We loved the vibe, the plants, the pool, everything was spot on!

This was our second trip to Granada and Kristy's place was a great place to stay! Everything is within easy walking distance. The place is just as described and maybe even better than the pictures. The pool was wonderful and way deeper than expected. We didn't cook as there are too many nice restaurants nearby, but the kitchen was very nice and appeared to be well equipped. The house manager was on site for our check in and only a text away if we needed anything. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Kristy's place!

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Nicaragua, cerca de lugares para conocer y de fácil acceso, una zona muy tranquila y la casa con todas las necesidades básicas, con mi familia pasamos unos días agradables.

Claudio and his wife are incredibly kind and responsive hosts. Their place is super close to the airport and very safe. They were very helpful with helping us order food late at night and overall being very generous. Highly recommend!

El apartamento es perfecto, cómodo, limpio y completo, hay piscina en el 1er piso. Para llegar al lugar el acceso es fácil, sin desviarse mucho de la carretera principal y calle completamente adoquinada.

Very responsive host and proactive host. Great place for a few nights stay in San Juan. Not quite in the busy part of town, but we wanted to have a bit of peace, so the location for us was great. The place is simple, but with everything you would need for a comfortable stay, plus a king size bed, which is nice.

Nancy’s place was great for an extended stay in Granada. Central location, AC, and good wifi for working remotely. It was slightly tricky to find the place when I arrived at night (more of a Nicaragua issue than a problem with the listing) but Nancy was kind enough to hop on the phone and help me figure it out. It’s a nice touch that there is a cleaner who comes twice a week, but the hours are somewhat unpredictable, which can make planning your day a bit tougher if you don’t want to leave your valuables unattended. The kitchen is small but functional, though there is a large window that cannot be closed, somewhat defeating the purpose of having AC. Overall, I had a nice time at Nancy’s place and would recommend it to others. Thank you!

Hands down the best host I have evern encountered, so friendly and willing to help with anything and everything we needed. We were really happy with this apartment. It was very well equiped and Roberta though about even the smallest details like the options to hang the wet clothes and all the equipment in the kitchen . Roberta solved every problem we had along the way ( we had just a few) as fast as possible and we always had a fast answer from her. Marisol, the lady that came to clean was so nice and professional. We really liked her. The swimming pool was always clean and ready to use 😁.

Excelente ubicación, ideal para visitar otras playas en la zona. El lugar es nuevo, con una piscina muy agradable. Las vistas son muy buenas hacia la bahía y hacia las montañas.

This location is perfect if you want to be close to town and right on the main beach strip of San Juan Del Sur. The decor is fabulous and the suite was well equipped with kitchen utensils as well as a good supply of towels for the bathroom and the beach. Nolan was easy to deal with and kindly accomodated some changes we required.

I recently stayed at Mike’s place within the Iguana property and had a great experience. The location is excellent, situated right next to the entrance gate. Mike was super helpful and always available to assist. Although the description doesn’t specify, the bed is a queen size, which is slightly larger than it appears in the photos (a double bed) a pleasant surprise! The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, or just a 3-minute drive. Since we had visited before, we were aware of this detail. Initially, we were concerned about potential noise due to the proximity to a brewery and restaurants, but it was quiet, and we slept well. We’ll definitely plan to go back!

Amazing place just for steps away from the beach and the beach club! Our host Silvio and Mario where always super attentive and responsive to all our needs and inquiries. Would highly recommend staying here and will definetly be coming back! We had a blast!
