Vacation rentals in Lake Peipus

Very clean house with beautiful spacious bedrooms with room for larger company.

Altough it was only overnight stay, the place was great, sauna was good and hot. But I will recommend the place for a longer stay just because Otepää is a great place to visit!

Super stay if your needs are optimal and you're traveling alone. i've traveled the whole world with a backpack, and for me, this accommodation is a luxury. ;) Everything was clean, small private terrace, shower room clean and also good to sleep. In cool weather, the underfloor heating was ideal. Highly recommend as everything is close to what you need - downtown, shops, entertainment.

Perfect place, I definitely rate TOP this place especially for families. The place is perfectly clean with everything possible you would need, the host is amazing 🤩.

During our stay, two things stood out with equal magnitude, the generosity of Andre (his friends, brother and family), and the beauty of the cottage/lake. If south eastern Estonia is on your list, visiting the area should be on the agenda without a doubt. We stayed there for a week and have not yet scratched the surface. There’s a lot to do there in terms of hiking, cycling and exploring the hidden gems, let alone the daily swims in the lake and enjoying the sauna. It’s possible to have both a calm, relaxing time in the cottage, and a wonderful time experiencing the beauty of the region and the kindness of its people. We started the journey knowing that we would be happy to treat ourselves with this part of Estonia which we hadn’t visited before and ended up knowing that we will revisit Rõuge. Very nice and cozy house, the host is very nice and friendly.

Marju’s place was a very homely cottage. We appreciated that it was someone’s holiday home and it was well appointed. A wonderful place to relax and unwind and our kids loved exploring. Check the opening times of nearby attractions (e.g. in Rakvere). Also as you are in the middle of nature there were lots of bugs so make sure you take bug spray. Thanks Marju!
