Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

Our apartment is a family area that we renovated in spring 2024. Family furniture mingles to our taste for modernity. Ideally located between the train station, the shops and 1kg of the gondola, we enjoy it all winter and rent the rest of the year.
