The hottub is always hot and the oversized couches are always comfy. The neighborhood is family/wildlife oriented. Come unwind and relax in the sticks!

The fully functional kitchen, stocked with water bottles, yogurt, and my homemade granola, will keep you happy. :) Sleep in comfort on the king-size, full, and twin bed. The monitors, office chairs, Wi-Fi, desk and printer makes a remote workplace. Kids? We got you! A kid's indoor play area + outdoor playground. No Pets. There are stairs.

There are many types of outdoor recreational opportunities including Foraging for Morels, Fishing on Lake Rathbun and the many local creeks, to exploring/bird watching on the vast areas on Sedan Bottoms WMA. He housed circus animals in huge barns in Lancaster during winter. The apartment is above a small cafe. The private entrance is at the top of an iron staircase in the back The balcony at the top provides a peaceful resting place and view of the town. Parking is located in back, where there is a covered patio for your use.
