“Michele had incredible communication and was beyond helpful and kind even when I was showing up much later than expected. Incredible hospitality, incredibly clean house, as well as offering so much more to me than what was listed. Undoubtedly will stay again when the opportunity presents itself!”
“Apartment exactly as described. I travel weekly for work and I am thankful to the nice people of Iowa to open up their spaces for rent. I am also thankful for the accurate reviewers. I used the coffee table that converted to a desk and the coffee they supplied each morning. TV’s are set up with a couple apps, like Hulu basic and Netflix. Bed was very comfortable. As other reviewers have mentioned, street noise is loud. However, the majority of the noise is a neighbor who is “cruising” proudly in his converted truck. Not much the owners can do about this, so bring ear plugs, if it will bother you. It’s clean and comfortable. I’ll be back when my work brings me in the area. P.S. The area has a cute town square with adorable shops to find unique gifts.”
We are now renting our paradise/summer getaway!! A perfect location and set up for your family!! Located in Antler Acres just 3 miles from the Honey Creek State Park boat ramp. Our newer modern mobile home is situated on a peaceful corner lot, with a very nice view. Great nature/view setting, with lots worth of yard space for games and campfire. We have room for parking, including your boat or jet skis. A nice large front deck overlooking a great view of the pond and the great outdoors.
“We had a great time staying here. My parents (who are mid 60's) and my husband and I stayed here, while my sister, brother-in-law, nephew and our son stayed in another mobile home down the road. Brad's home was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It felt like home. We spent all our time hanging out here, rather than at my sister's, as it had two bathrooms and just felt homier. We were close to the lake and spent our days at Lake Rathbun and then came back in the evenings to grill out and then play board games and cards. Very fun and relaxing weekend, peaceful setting! If we end up at Lake Rathbun again, we will definitely stay here!”
