Vacation rentals with a firepit in Lake Titicaca

Luis, Antonia et leurs enfants nous ont accueillis à bras ouverts ! Nous avons vraiment fait partie de la famille lors de notre séjour. Très bons moments partagés ! Le logement est au bord du lac, Llachon est un petit village qui vous permet de vous plonger dans la vie péruvienne typique. Nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de notre séjour. Amazing view from the room, probably the best we had on our trip so far. Bathroom had hot water. Mattress needs replacing but was only ok. Good kitchen we didn’t use but had everything needed and a nice outdoor area to relax. Highly recommend.

Les hôtes étaient très accueillants. Ils sont venus nous chercher au port, très réactif par message lorsque nous avions des questions. La vue est splendide (surtout pour le lever de soleil). Et le petit bonus : le service de restauration et la qualité/quantité de la nourriture étaient parfaits ! Merci beaucoup Edwin et Ruben !

Victor Hugos place is in a very quiet neighborhood of Copacabana,everything in his place was as advertised,the center of the city is easily reachable by foot. We especially enjoyed his friendliness and the fully equipped kitchen complete with a blender and fridge to prepare your own food. Not to mention the roof terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast with amazing views of the Titicaca lake. Recommended !!

El lugar está bien en referencia precio calidad, tienen que mejorar sus instalaciones, camas muy viejas, paredes sucias, mejorar las chapas de las puertas al menos de la cabaña donde nos quedamos. Mejorar las escaleras para subir a las camas de arriba, poner ventilación en el baño.

Wir waren eine Nacht auf dieser Insel der Uros, was etwas ganz besonderes war. Man wird mit dem Boot abgeholt und die Insel selbst ist sehr klein, das Zimmer zweckmäßig. Wir haben noch eine interessante Tour mit Einblick in das Leben der Uros gemacht, wobei auch selbstgemachte Souvenirs verkauft wurden. Die Nacht war zwar kalt, aber mit Wärmflaschen gut auszuhalten. Abendessen kostet extra, war aber lecker, genauso wie das inklusive Frühstück.

Lovely stay in Isla el Sol, the views were outstanding and hosts are super friendly. We loved this stay and considered staying longer! It’s closer than other hostels to the inca stairs which means you don’t have to walk as far with your luggage from the port - this was appreciated as the climb can be tiring! The room was peaceful and we were warm and comfortable. 5/5 would definitely recommend!

Lugar bastante acogedor, buenos points para tomarse fotos, si cumple con todo lo que dice, ir preparados para caminar porque caminarán bastante pero al día ya están un poco acostumbrados

We had an excellent stay at the cabañas ecológicas Campo Santo. Sure, there is a steep climb when you arrive by boat from the port, but the views are so worth it! Ask a local for the directions if you are not sure how to get there. The family owning the place is adorable and made us feel right at home. They serve breakfast right outside your door in the morning, and can also cook delicious dinners delivered to your room (try the traditional soup and trucha a la plancha). There is usually hot water in the morning, room is spacious and bed is incredibly comfortable. We definitely recommend!

Ramiro’s place was very cozy. It is located quite a hike up the island but the views and the peace and quiet were well worth it. For your convenience, they offer to transport your bags to your room from their private dock at a small fee (we used their private boat service). If you haven’t acclimated to the altitude, I recommend the service. There was a little issue with getting my friend’s bag to our room for a couple hours because the donkey ran away but Ramiro made sure to resolve the issue right away. Beautiful rural experience! I would definitely stay here again and for longer. Gracias por todo!
