Spacious, elegant 2-bedroom split level Georgian apartment. Right on Clapham Road just 2 minutes from Oval tube (2 stops from Waterloo), with a selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. 2 large double bedrooms plus plenty of recently refurbished living space - A comfortable central retreat.
“Kevin's place is great! Since he actually lives there, it is not one of your typical "rental" places. His home has charm. It is also a two block walk to the Metro. It was so convenient for all our travels around London. As a matter of fact, Waterloo station was shut after the New Year's Eve fireworks, and we were able to walk the 1.8 miles back (not ideal at 1 am with two kids, but we made it work). There is a Tesco Express about 5 blocks from the house. We were able to go out the first day we got there and get all we needed for our stay. All the amenities were as promised. We would definitely recommend Kevin's place to friends. We will be happy to stay there again if it is available next time we come to London.”
Spacious studio apartment within the exclusive river-side Chelsea Bridge Wharf development, opposite to beautiful Battersea Park and the iconic Battersea Power Station. Walk 10 minutes or take a direct bus to Square in high end Chelsea and enjoy the cafes, shops and bars of the renowned Kings Road. There are also direct buses to Victoria Station (for Buckingham Palace and the Gatwick express), Oxford Circus and Knightsbridge.
“The apartment is located in a new development, 200 meters from the Chelsea Bridge and in front of the Battersea Park. There is a mini market conveniently located within 100 meters in the same building. The studio has a suitable size for two people, it is very well decorated and the bed is excellent for a good rest. The equipment is very complete and everything works without problems. It has a very nice small balcony. Toby waited for us to check in personally. He was always attentive to all our doubts and his treatment was excellent. It also solved some small problem quickly. Checking out was as simple as closing the door and throwing the keys in the letterbox. The location is good. For those who use public transportation to go to the airport, keep in mind that they have a 10-15 minute bus ride before taking a train or subway. There are several bus lines that take you downtown in a few minutes or connect you to the subway network. For walkers, Victoria Station for example is 19 minutes from the building walking. Excellent stay at Chelsea Bridge. An apartment to which I would return without thinking”
