Great location tucked away in Causeway Bay minutes walk from the MTR. Really lovely apartment with everything you need, very comfortable beds and a lovely little living space to escape the hustle bustle of HK! Very clear instructions and easy to find and check in! Would highly recommend this little haven in HK!

I was very satisfied with the property. All was in perfect condition. Rebecca, is a great host, and was very helpful in our new environment. I would not hesitate to recommend her any of her property. The location of this home is outstanding for us. It is close to the Central District with banks, government or commercial offices, MRT, trams, airport transit, ferries to Macau or Mainland, so close that the taxi driver sometimes would turn us down due to the short distance However it is close to a park and school, quiet and peaceful after dark. The place is small typical for Hongkong flats but well equipped. Brigitte had been helpful and responsive .

The place is further away from the main town so it’s peaceful and closer to nature. Our 5 year old boy enjoyed the walk between the house & town. House is clean and tidy. There are all appliances and essential we need for our stay that makes our trip easier. Love the house love the neighbourhood love the experience, will definitely stay again at the Frank’s.

Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, although one concierge working the evening shift seemed a bit moody. However, the apartment itself was clean, and the towels were changed daily, which I greatly appreciated. The staff were always ready to assist and responded promptly whenever I had questions. The location of the apartment is very convenient, situated close to bus stops and only about a 20-minute walk from the train station. It's even closer to the metro stations, approximately 10 to 12-minute walk. Additionally, taxis were available during the day, making it easy to hail one for transportation. Overall, the convenience of the location really stood out to me as a highlight of my stay.

Very friendly, helpful host Terry is happy to answer any questions or have a chat. The guesthouse, as its name suggests, is quite the oasis with surrounding flowering plants, trees and fishponds which are carefully maintained. Butterflies flutter about the plants and you’ll hear the occasional frog croak too! The guesthouse is close to mountains and walking trails. There are good views of surrounding areas from the rooftop which is another nice place to relax.

Beautiful garden and very friendly host!

The property is in a modern gated estate which is clean, private and secure. It is a very short short walk from the property to the HKUST (north) bus terminus for light buses, KMB buses and taxis, so has good transport links into the local towns of Po Lam and Hang Hau for local shopping or to connect to the metro lines into the city. The property itself is very spacious and all en-suite, with an additonal couple of guest toilets, and air conditioning is effective throughout. We needed a property with a good kitchen to cook our own meals due to dietary requirements, and the kitchen did not disappoint - it had all that was needed to cook meals for a family of seven. The only thing missing was a dish-washer, but that was a minor point. If arriving at the property by taxi, direct the driver to the back entrance to the estate on University Road (first entrance on the right). Would strongly recommend this excellent property and would not hesitate to stay again.

Polly’s beautiful home is a wonderful respite from our city homes. The house is adequately furnished with all the amenities you need, the beds are comfortable and the sounds of nature wakes you up in the morning. The kitchen is well furnished (stove,oven n microwave) should you be cooking your meals there. Communication with Polly is also fast and efficient. We would love to come back and stay again if the house is available.

We had a wonderful week and enjoyed Lily’s appartment very much. Excellent lay out for a family of 5, prime location within DB, great view, perfectly equipped and most importantly, a very caring host! We loved our stay, we do recommend it 100%, and will hopefully come back!!

Apartment looks just like the photos. This is Juan's home so it's certainly very cosy and has everything you need. The location in Wan Chai is perfect - creative/cool neighbourhood with tonnes to do while still being next door to the CBD. Juan is very friendly and responsive. Thanks again!

Very communicative host, clean and in my opinion large place (for Hong Kong). The transit options nearby are fantastic. Washer/dryer in unit is also really convenient, bed was comfortable, and the wifi is fast. Highly recommend!
