Vacation rentals with a patio in Lancaster County

Very clean and a comfortable stay! Great location downtown and walking distance to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. We are really happy with this lovely condo.

Property is as listed. Very spacious. On a dead end street so not much traffic. Basketball court out front was great for the kids. Neighbors are friendly. There is a park a few blocks down the road and a store a block from that.

We loved our stay! Very clean and equipped with all we needed! Extremely comfortable bed and loved the neighborhood. Will definitely stay again.

If you’re coming to Lincoln for a sporting event, especially football, this is a fantastic option both in terms of cost and location, as it’s a 10 minute walk from the stadium up to the North Bottoms where this is located. With three bedrooms and the ability to sleep up to 6, the costs are really reasonable too, comparable to a one bed room at any of the hotels in downtown. Definitely would recommend - thanks Travis!

John and Sue were great hosts and their home was warm and cozy. There was so much space! The bedrooms, living room, and attic loft TV area afforded several fun spots to relax in. The kitchen is super cute and had everything we needed to fix a nice dinner when we arrived. Two of my favorite things were all the beautiful and interesting rugs throughout the apartment as well as the many large windows affording lovely views of the tree-lined street and yard. It was very affordable and comfortable and we will definitely return.

Beth’s place was the perfect gathering spot for our group of friends/UNL alumni visiting for a weekend. Each time one of our guests arrives through the front door, they thought the living room/kitchen/dining area was a lobby to get to the space, and they couldn’t believe it when they realized it was the entire building. We hope to return again for a future reunion!!

First time stay at Ben’s . The place is just 4 mins away from work of the trip , Ben is a great host and the place had everything I needed for the trip, I had a schedule change and needed 1 more day there and the host was able to adjust for me. Thanks!

If you are in Lincoln for anything Husker, Stars, or Saltdogs related you can’t beat this location. It was perfect for us when we visited town and needed a dog friendly place. Would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Daniel was very friendly and courteous when sharing the check-in procedures and departure expectations. We were in town for Husker FB and the location was great and allowed for easy access to pregame festivities and downtown nightlife. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful in the fall. We enjoyed our stay very much! Lori was always easy to reach, she had plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchen had all the basics. Perfect for us!

This was such a fun stay! Unique structure in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed how close we were to shopping and restaurants. While it was snowy and cold when we visited, we hope to come back in summer to enjoy the upstairs balcony area and the park right across the street. Loved our stay and will hopefully be back soon!

Great accommodations for our family! We were able to get to state basketball and just hang out. Kids enjoyed being so close to Raising Canes.

The communication was great we also liked the location and the private roof top sitting area. It was comfortable for three couples.
