Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate exterior entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. Right in the middle of downtown, we have on-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Smoking is not permitted and all rescue/shelter pets are welcome. Please no puppy mill pups.
