The main house is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house that sleeps 14 while the Barn Suite sleeps 5. Curated furnishings include two King suites in the main house, bunk rooms, & lush couches. This property has sat vacant and unattended for 30+ years and we decided to purchase it and rehab it with proper clean up and care. Enjoy 14 gated acres of Catawba river front property with abundant wildlife. Sit on the river bank and watch the bald eagles fly, otters swimming, fish jumping, owls hooting and much more. Listen to the soothing rumble of the river shoals just down river. Kayak rental and guest delivery up river available to one of 3 river access points. Float back to property.
