The coziest summerhouse a few meters from the sea

Holiday home for rent We have decided to rent out our lovely summerhouse located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a fixed connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the summerhouse is the tourist ferry Helge to, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom, hallway, bedroom, children's room and repos with sofa bed. Large south facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. Yes in fact it is only 10 meters down to your own beach and its own bathing jetty, from where you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect rocks and hit out, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, a shower can be enjoyed under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view to Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). On the sea there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, guinea pigs and seals are seen. Everywhere there is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only bird whistle to break the silence. There are large woods a walk away. If you are a fishing interest, flatfish, trout etc. can be caught from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that are welcome to borrow. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a lovely wooden Finnish sauna, built from real fins there ourselves train wood and oven from Finland. Enjoy a deep in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family a max 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We don't have a TV, but plenty of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hot plate, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heating, in addition to wood pellet stove. Price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked upon arrival and departure and is paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or put in cash. It needs to be cleaned/all emptied and then a cleaning company will be cleaned.

Farm in beautiful nature

Vindebygaard is an old farmhouse from 1857 in the middle of Langeland's beautiful nature. A rich wildlife is part of the authenticity of the place and a beautiful garden around the old farm connects to surrounding fields and the edge of the forest in the background. The whole plot exudes tranquility and idyll, and the place offers 6 rooms (4 double, 2 with single or bunk bed) fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom (bathtub) and toilet. In addition, there is a meditation room with a wood-burning stove and a wood-fired sauna with room for 10 people.

Ungrounded land in the first row

The house is 110 sqm, on a 1700 sqm secluded plot. Large terrace with sun and shelter all day. Can be used all year, as the house has a heat pump that can be supplemented with the wood-burning stove. Rich opportunities for hiking and biking, as well as various water sports and fishing opportunities. You may bring your dog when it is clean and stopped biting in the chair legs. Our summerhouse has, many board games, books, 2x paddle table, 3 x two-person kayak, and you will be able to take a nice cold bath and a trip in the sauna.

Small cozy apartment in Lohals. If you need to relax with your better half or a good friend in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views of the water, 150 m to the nearest swimming area and close to the beach and forest, then this beautiful gem is a good choice. There are restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. In the summer months, there is music at the harbor every weekend + flea market every Tuesday. Incl. towels and bed linen

Welcome to a very sweet totally new renovated flat in this 200 year old romantic farmhouse. The flat also has a it's own big terrasse with morning sun, and view over a garden. A sauna is right outside the flat. The whole surroundings are very peaceful and surrounded by nature. The flat is a open flat , with a room divider between two double beds. One of the double beds can be separated into two. This flat is therefore mostly perfect for a couple, or a family.

Wonderful house with child-friendly garden and sauna

Relax with the whole family in this wonderful house, located right down to the forest, river and only 10 minutes by bike from both the beach and the inner city. The house is full of charm and unique solutions, and has 4 bedrooms. It exudes children's life and the garden is at once a children's cafe and a quiet, natural garden with sauna and fire pit down to the forest. There are two terraces, both with sun and shade and a nice gas grill.
