Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. It is also worth having breakfast/grilling on the terrace with magnificent views in good weather. Bedroom (1.60 m bed), sofa as well as workstation (fast Wi-Fi) and view.

Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.

Erfurt, Weimar or Eisenach are always worth a visit with their sights and can be reached quickly by train or good highway connections.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The city center is a 3-minute walk away, while the Festhalle and the city park are less than 5 minutes away on foot. From there, you can take various hikes through the Thuringian Forest (e.g. to the Kickelhahn or to Manebach).

Unser Ferienhaus erwartet Sie in Ilmenau, direkt an der Ilm. Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude wurde liebevoll restauriert und bietet sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten, die einen Aufenthalt verschönern. Nach 100 Meter sind Sie auch schon direkt in der Innenstadt von Ilmenau. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe.

The property is located only 200 m from the city center in the green "Village Quarter." Shady location, so it stays pleasantly cool in the summer. The style is simple-traditional (built 1983 GDR).
