The house is built on 3,000 square feet... the entire property is about 0.3 acre with your own separate entrance on the side of the house. The area is very quiet. There are no bus stops around. It’s high end residential sort of posh neighborhood. There is a golf club around. Grocery stores and gas stations are about 5 minutes away by car. The back yard is huge with trees and flowers. Guest have access to back yard. A family of three live in the house. No children. We are nice and considerate

This is a house that has 3 separate floors with a total 10 rooms (basement 3 rooms, main floor 2 rooms and second floor 5 rooms) 4 people who live in the house but most live The basement and my parents live in the main floor. The rooms are spacious and clean with WiFi, smart TV, and a common area with fridge and coffee maker
