En el mismo centro de Granada, en uno de los edificios más emblemáticos y catalogado como histórico, este ático con unas vistas insuperables cuenta con un amplio y elegante espacio donde poder relajarte después de una intensa jornada. Gracias a la ubicación céntrica de este alojamiento, tú y los tuyos lo tendréis todo a mano. Suelo radiante frio/calor. Ático REALEJO situado en la cuarta planta. Cuenta con unas increíbles vistas a Granada y El Realejo. Todo ventanales y con el techo de madera abuhardillado, la luz entra a raudales, creando un espacio único en el que la sensación de paz es infinita. Muy confortable, dispone de un amplio espacio de salón con zona de comedor para seis personas. Cocina americana, totalmente equipada con frigorífico, congelador, microondas, cocina eléctrica, tostador, hervidor eléctrico, cafetera eléctrica, utensilios de cocina, plancha y tendedero. Una amplia terraza acristalada con vistas a Granada y espacio para sentarse plácidamente ofrecen al huésped una zona de estar muy agradable independiente del salón. En este apartamento encontramos dos dormitorios. El principal cuenta con dos grandes ventanas, una de ella con maravillosas vistas al Realejo. Uno de los dos baños que componen el apartamento lo encontraremos en suit en este dormitorio, con ventana con maravillosas vistas también. La cama king size es de 180 x 200 metros con colchón de primera calidad. El segundo dormitorio lo componen dos camas de 90 x 200 metros. Este espacio se encuentra abuhardillado, con una simpática ventana que hará que entre una preciosa luz en la estancia. El segundo baño también abuhardillado, cuenta con un armario donde encontraremos la lavadora, tendedero, planchero, etc. El salón está equipado con un sofá cama de 140 x 200 metros, por lo que el apartamento puede acoger hasta 6 huéspedes. Ofrecemos la opción de dejar el sofá ya montado como cama, aunque si nuestro huésped prefiere hacerlo él, no le supondrá ningún esfuerzo por la facilidad que tiene el sofá para pasar a cama. La climatización de este apartamento es por aerotermia, incluida la terraza. Wi-Fi, acceso restringido por código de seguridad, y TV smar tv. A 3 minutos del apartamento tenemos un parking cubierto. El parking Trex, situado en la Plaza de los campos. A 8 minutos andando tenemos un parking de superficie. Aparcamiento Ave María en Calle Molinos. Uno de los lugares más característicos del Realejo es el Campo del Príncipe, situado a 400 metros (5 minutos andando) desde los apartamentos. Fue construido por los Reyes Católicos para celebrar la boda de su hijo Juan. El foco principal se sitúa en la estatua del Cristo de los Favores, instalada en el 1640. Cuenta la historia que entre los años 1679 y 1682, toda la provincia de Granada era azotada por la peste Bubónica. Sin embargo El Realejo era el barrio menos afectado y la gente pensaba que se debía al hecho de que rezaban ante esta estatua. Creció una devoción tan grande que incluso el Arzobispo Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán declaró que, a cualquier persona que le rezara al Cristo de los Favores un Padrenuestro y un Ave María, le cedería 40 días de perdón. Hoy en día, cada Viernes Santo multitud de personas se congregan a su alrededor para a las 15:00 en punto rezar y pedir tres deseos. A 160 metros (2 minutos andando) nos encontramos la Iglesia de Santo Domingo, donde recibían sepultura los miembros de la nobleza Granadina. No se puede dejar de visitar tampoco El museo Casa de los Tiros a 80 metros desde los apartamentos (1 minuto andando); fue construido entre 1530 y 1540 a similitud de los palacios granadinos de la época, recibe su nombre por los cañones que asoman entre sus almenas. Formó parte de la muralla del barrio de los Alfareros, de ahí su aspecto de fortaleza militar. La Iglesia de San Cecilio a 500 metros (7 minutos andando). La casa del Padre Suarez (junto al Museo Casa de los Tiros). El Convento de las Descalzas a 250 metros (3 minutos andando) o la Iglesia de San Matías a 240 metros (3 minutos andando) serán lugares donde sin duda nuestros huéspedes podrán disfrutar de sus encantos. Una vez dentro, en el zaguán vemos que este se ha conservado íntegramente original: la puerta de entrada, azulejos, escaleras de mármol... La única modificación/mejora fue la instalación de un ascensor. Nuestra intención desde el principio fue la de continuar, a través de los muebles y decoración, con la idea de aportar ese toque personal. El que solo confieren las cosas cuando son únicas y están elaboradas por uno mismo. Queríamos que fuese entrañable, transmitir a nuestros huéspedes la ilusión depositada en este proyecto que nació de la nada. Así que nos pusimos manos a la obra. Fabricamos muebles, confeccionamos textiles, decoración... En estas imágenes podréis apreciar cómo en unos meses todo fue cogiendo forma hasta llegar a los apartamentos que son hoy en día.

A restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.
