Old Gardener’s House – a waterside paradise

The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Enjoy a renovated holiday apartment covering 150 m² with four separate bedrooms and high-quality box spring beds (usable as single or double beds) – ideal for large families or groups. After eventful days in the lake region of Holstein Switzerland, you can relax in the sauna on the balcony. The large dining area invites you to spend evenings together with raclette or a game of poker. There is a bar in the house to round off your vacation day in a relaxed way. No parties in the apartment.

Tegelstuuv Vacation Rental

Our cozy Tegelstuuv on the Tegelhof invites guests from all over the world who would like to experience Probstei and the Baltic Sea for a few days. This is how the old granary of the former cowshed was transformed into a charming guest apartment with three rooms and a cozy living and dining area. The apartment is centrally located in the courtyard, surrounded by gardens, trees and a lot of courtyard atmosphere. If you're lucky, you'll find a breakfast egg in the chicken coop below.

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.
