This duplex is actually a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home that I am listing as a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom option for smaller groups. The home itself is very clean & spacious, take a dip in our hot tub on the back patio and head inside to warm up near our electric fireplace. Take a short walk to the beach area, a short drive over to the downtown area or shopping at the local outlet mall.
