Bright and spacious house located in a quiet area of Costa Teguise, close to all amenities and a 10-minute walk to the beach. It is surrounded by a garden and a private terrace equipped with hammocks, a table, and chairs. It has two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed. Bathroom with shower. Living room, dining room and well-equipped separate kitchen. The whole house has windows to the terrace or garden. Free parking is available in the area.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
