This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. In the beautiful area of Costa Del Silencio, Arona, the apartment is located in a residential area with many services around it. There is a supermarket next to the apartment, open all day, so you will never miss anything for a pleasant stay. You will also find a variety of restaurants of all types of cuisine. Next to Las Galletas, walking next to the sea will be a comforting activity with many ideal spots to take pictures of the landscape. 15 minutes by car to Los Cristianos and South Airport.

Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.
