Stylish hideaway with mountain panorama and sauna

An architecturally clean, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains, modern, stylish, and deliberately minimalist. Here you live in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I manage according to permaculture principles. In the meadows, there are deer, chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

A brand new wooden house with a location right on the edge of the forest. The house has a total of 10 beds, a modern kitchen, a living room and a terrace around the house with amazing views. The 2 of 3 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, in the 3rd bedroom there is a bunk bed. 6 beds are located on the upper floor. In the garden you can barbecue wonderfully. Please note that the house has neighbors in the immediate vicinity and no parties or noise are allowed after 10 pm!

Lovingly furnished second home in the mountains. The house is located on a secluded mountain with a direct view of nature. Whether you come to hike, ski, or just relax, all options are open! On cool days, we heat the place with a heat pump or even directly with the fireplace, which can also be used for cooking and baking!(Of course, there are also electric hotplates.) Upon request, it is possible to end the evening in the Finnish sauna in the main house.

Our Geiereckalm is located in the beautiful Gössgraben near Trofaiach at an altitude of about 1,100 metres above sea level, on the sunny side. The hillside location offers an excellent view of the Reiting and the Eisenerz Alps. The ideal place to relax away from all civilization! We must add that our cabin is only for vacations and is not suitable as accommodation for for workers.
