We loved our stay in Cotopaxi. The cottage is one of the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The cottage is very big and extremely comfortable for a family. They even have a game room perfect for relaxing and playing with kids. The location feels very safe and only 15 minutes from the entrance of Cotopaxi park. The Airbnb has everything we needed and more. The host and person who receives you are very responsive. Definitely recommend everyone to stay at this cottage.

As other people have said, definitely bring some layers as the lodge gets cold. The views are incredible, the lodge is super clean and cosy and a generally nice place to be. We took a long horse ride up the mountain and had a completely unforgettable experience. 5 stars!

We were a group of 6 that was in town for a wedding. They were very accommodating about our arriving late. Rooms are very cozy and warm (was pretty cold at night). Wonderful comfy place run by great people. We will be back.

Excellent host, there are only positiv things to say. Firstly we could deposit our stuff two nights before the stay. We went on the quilotoa loop and came back after. Secondly, the location is really close to the bus terminal, only 5 minutes to walk. Thirdly the accommodation is very clean and comfortable. But the best thing is the lovely family. They took care about us from the first moment, we felt like at home. Very recommendable!

John was wonderful! He was very communicative and spoke perfect English which made the trip extra easy! The house is very safe, behind a locked street gate, steel exterior door and with video surveillance. When in Quito this has more value than you might realize. Because of this my husband recommends this place to all traveling families. John went above and beyond multiple times to help us; arranged taxis, had food delivered, washed and folded our clothes, and made us feel overly comfortable. This is a hidden gem, especially if you like Egyptian decor.

In a venerable 102-year-old home, we are far from the 'best western' standards, but rather exactly what is expected of eternal South America. Especially when it passes under its windows and its balcony, the traditional and traditional parade of the city! Everything was there to meet my needs, comfortable bed, hot shower, open access kitchen, smoking areas, location you can't be more central with all the services nearby, and above all perfectly helpful, friendly and informative hosts while guaranteeing maximum privacy - so you almost feel like you have the whole home to yourself. For the price, in my opinion, a much better choice than any hotel in the city.
