The fully furnished backyard hosts plenty of shaded seating with a BBQ, fire pit, a pool, & hot tub!

The Riverfront Mansion is located in Palo Verde Meadows; a quiet family neighborhood in Bullhead City, AZ. The home is about 6 miles down the river from the Casinos in Laughlin, NV. The area is extremely friendly and great for outdoor activities! You can leave your Boat at the Dock right in front of the home and you have about 70 miles of river & lakes to explore. Shangri-La Riversuites is located right on the Colorado River and 4 miles to Laughlin. River Haven is a newly renovated unit with updated finishes to ensure a comfortable stay. This unit has all hard surface flooring and is not pet friendly for those with sensitivities. The Colorado River is just steps away, as is our private beach for relaxing along the river. River Haven is very clean, comfortable and will provide a great space to explore the area or should you be working remotely.
