Fantastic spot for our DC vacation. Appreciated that it had linens and towels. The coffee and espresso already in the kitchen was a nice touch. Parking also a huge plus.

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.

The host was more than accommodating and the condo Is exactly as pictured . Great stay

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host provided very detailed instructions that made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—they were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely consider booking this unit again in the future.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect distance to all of the activities we wanted to do. Finding good street parking was only an issue on the night we arrived, otherwise we pretty much always found a spot right in front of the building. Everything was clean and comfortable, and it was a perfect fit for four people. Overall, we had a great stay and it is a very nice neighborhood to stay in.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional, especially for families with young children. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how clean and incredibly well-equipped the space was. It felt like the hosts had thought of everything! Traveling with little ones can be challenging, but this Airbnb made it a breeze. We were so impressed with the thoughtful touches like the provided crib, toddler-proof plates and cups, and even a selection of toys to keep the kids entertained. They even had baby shampoo on hand – it's those little details that really make a difference. Beyond being fantastic for kids, I have to rave about the bed. Seriously, it was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. After a long day of exploring, sinking into that mattress was heavenly. We loved our stay here! The place was super walkable and area surrounded it was so cute. The place itself was really nice and clean, we especially loved the balcony! Will definitely be coming back!

We continue to return to Allen’s whenever we come to DC. It is a comfortable, peaceful unit with a parking arrangement that offers a secure place to store our bikes.

Great location, quiet neighborhood close to everything. Parking is a bit of a pain but that’s to be expected in a big city. Great apartment, couch is really uncomfortable and the hot plate on the coffee pot didn’t work, neither was a big deal but owner may want to know. I’d absolutely stay here again when in D.C.

I absolutely loved this listing! The location was perfect and in the heart of downtown Frederick. We were walking distance or a short drive from restaurants and shops. The listing was clean, clutter free, and really nicely decorated. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this listing, and would stay there again.

Hill East BNB was a wonderful place to stay for our family trip to Washington DC. We chose this AirBNB instead of a couple of hotel rooms because it gave us more space, flexibility and was close to the Metro which connects to the National Mall and Downtown but also directly to Dulles Airport. It is in a lovely leafy (and cherry blossom) area, very peaceful and close to Safeway (loyalty card also provided in box by TV) and a few good places to eat (The Roost at Potomac Ave was our favourite). The apartment was very well presented with good beds, great bathrooms, fantastic kitchen (I want an American pod coffee machine!) We were very very comfortable and enjoyed returning there to relax after a hard days sightseeing. We had a memorable holiday, enjoyed DC with its many great attractions and would not hesitate to return to George’s place or recommend to friends and family. Thank you George!

We had a great time in Chris's house. The house is at a walkable location to subway in DC which made our visit much easier. and the space is enough to host my family. The kitchen has enough cookware to make food when needed. I especially enjoyed the espresso machine In the house with the nice taste espresso Chris offered there, that made me morning time very lovely. We will stay there again next time when we back to DC.

The rental was as described, and very clean. Everything was spotless. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. Tv in bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Very quiet except for construction, but that was only in the work hours. Weekend was quiet. Nice balcony on back to enjoy the outdoors. Metro very close. Thank you !

Great place, super close to Gaylord where our conference was held. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance!

The house look just like the pictures wonder view from the roof, and it was relatively clean… I have no complaints. It’s a nice place if you wanna stay near Baltimore Harbor. A+

This was our second stay at Tunji’s place and we loved it again! Super easy to walk out the door to the metro, Compass Coffee, Sweet Greens and many more fun places. There’s a great little residential neighborhood just up the street, perfect for peaceful morning runs or walks. We’re looking forward to another stay in June!

Scott’s place was amazing! Though just there for one night we were very impressed with the size, cleanliness, and decoration. It is in a wonderful area very close to everything we needed. Scott was incredibly accommodating and gave us great local recommendations!

We stayed with two adults and two kids and really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. The room is very clean and neat. The host, Oleg, is kind and responsive and tried to address our requests immediately. There is a Whole Foods and CSV in the same building complex, which enabled us to get everything we wanted. I highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.
