A newly built master bedroom overlooks the pond! Our quiet dirt road is Great for riding bikes and going for walks. This is a great spot unwind and recharge !

Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. From this central location, you will enjoy easy access to everything that is beautiful in Sullivan County. 20 mins from Ricketts Glen, 5 mins from Worlds End State Park and Loyalsock Forest, and only 3 mins from State Game Lands 13. See the beautiful sites nearby and then relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit... or just cozy up inside by the fireplace with a good book!

Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
