Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Approximately 20 minutes from Östersund & about 1 hour to Årefjällen or Bydalsfjällen. Made beds, towels & coffee can already be found in the house. (Car required) Interested in more service from us? Get away from the hectic everyday life and live under the stars. Swim in the pond, fish in the river or lake, hike in untouched nature or just relax in silence without neighbors. Here you can be on your own and disconnect. We do not have electricity at the mountain farm, but we have gas heating for water and a gas stove in the kitchen. In winter there is no road to the cabin, but we can transport you in with a snowmobile. Feel free to ask us before you book. Water in sanitary facilities and hot tub is shut off in winter.
