Each apartment is equipped as much as possible with all the comforts that can be found in a house. They are fully furnished rooms with, among other things, beds with "health mattresses", internet connection, hot and cold water, etc. Furthermore, the complex has outdoor areas, a swimming pool, camera security and a well-lit closed parking lot.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with a beautiful view of my neighbour’s tropical garden. If you look towards the back of the property you will see green parrots at the top of the trees every morning around 6-7 am. You may also spot the occasional green leguana in the trees or on the fence.
