Vacation rentals with a kayak in Lenawee County

Our stay at Devils lake was wonderful. The view off the deck is gorgeous and the house perfectly fit our needs! Everything from check in to check out went easily. The hosts were very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Tammy is the best .. it was our fourth time at her house and as always we loved every minute there. Hope fully will keep going back.

Tom and Maria were so helpful, flexible, and kind. They had muffins, orange juice, and bananas waiting for us! The house is so lovely and full of amenities. This is our second time renting this wonderful home! We absolutely would rent it a third time!

Our group stayed for a few days for a wedding in the area, the house was amazing! Right on the lake, with plenty of room for parking/large yard and the best sunset I’ve ever seen! The inside was spotless, and they had everything we needed! Would recommend this home to anyone. Tom and Megan were great hosts, we will be back.

The house was absolutely beautiful. I felt comfortable and right at home. Jake and Sara made sure that everything was set up and ready for my arrival, so it was very nice not to have to worry about anything after a 12 hour drive there. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area.

We had the most amazing time at Will’s home. It’s exactly as described. The home is so cozy and has everything you could ever need. We cooked in and went to a few of his recommended restaurants. Will was extremely responsive from booking to departure. We hope to stay again. Perfect location and the hot tub and deck are fabulous!

Debra was an absolutely amazing host. She was helpful and responsive as soon as I booked and throughout my stay. The house itself was clean and as described, and I felt right at home here. The lake was beautiful and I’d love to come back when it’s warmer out. I will definitely choose to stay here when I am in the area again!

Overall, we had a lovely stay at the "Brooklyn Cottage w/Dock" cottage. The place was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the Lake The dock had already been removed so we were not able to use the kayaks that were to be available for use. We've had unseasonably warm weather and we were looking forward to some paddling. The only part of the stay that we didn't love was when the man in an unmarked white van arrived just as it was getting dark. He told us that our husband requested him to come and work on the roof and that there wasn't supposed to be anyone there. It was rather uncomfortable for us ladies having a man with a van show up and the banging and hammering rather annoying while we were trying to enjoy dinner.

This is one of the most well-appointed Airbnbs I have every stayed in, especially for someone who loves to cook! It was also very family friendly, as we had a one year old in tow. It is right on the lake and the view is so peaceful and blue. We came in cold weather so did not experience the water or the busy season, but it was perfect all the same. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Everything - furniture, appliances, etc. - were spotless and in good working order. There were spots to store things, so even though there were six of us (including a baby!) it never felt cluttered or messy. Lots of games provided and the attached all season porch was nice for reading or winding down at the end of the day. 11/10 stars!!!

Mariah is an excellent host with a delightful lake cottage! Clean and welcoming, a perfect weekend getaway for us. We hope to return in the future!

The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Whether we were gathered around the firepit, cooking meals together, or just relaxing with a good book, it was the perfect place to unwind and reconnect. Our host was fantastic — incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Overall, a truly special spot for nature lovers and families looking for fun, relaxation, and beautiful scenery. We can’t wait to come back!

This lake house is such a gem! Modern, bright, beautiful decor and quality amenities. Carrie is a warm and supportive host. She thought of everything to make us feel comfortable and right at home. Well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed and more! Attention to detail in each room. Every shop and restaurant we went to in the immediate area was a pleasure. Highly recommend this property and host!
