Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation located in the heart of Sion sur L’Ocean. Rest at the foot of the pine tree, listen to the seagulls flying over the surroundings and you are on vacation. Large living room with high-end convertible sofa bed, independent kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, "Dolce Gusto" espresso machine, Two bedrooms with respectively a large bed of one meter 60 and two separate beds. A large bathroom with sink and washing machine. Separate toilet. Cupboards and storage. Large veranda with sea view furnished with garden furniture and table for lunch. Bike storage Modern and neat decor. Great comfort.

120 m2 villa with private pool heated in summer, 2 bedrooms and a 20 m2 studio - ideal for 8 people, 10 beds possible. Ideal for family holidays or groups of friends. The villa is a 2-min walk to the sea, 5 min to local shops and 800 m to a supermarket. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, bedroom, walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom, shower, toilet and a relaxation area with a pool table.

T3 completely renovated in June 2025, facing the sea on the Vendée corniche between St Gilles Croix de Vie and Le Bourg de Sion sur Océan. The beach, walks at the foot of the apartment, Sion shops less than 1 km away, St Gilles train station less than 3.5 km away. A panoramic view of the sea. Please note, the balcony is unfortunately not accessible this summer due to a problem with a railing of an apartment equipped with a loggia (which is not our case).

Pleasant 30 m² studio cabin equipped with 2 to 5 beds on the cliff of Saint Hilaire de Riez facing the sea and the setting sun. The beach is 50 m away. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator access. It is a 5-minute walk from the bakery, shops and Sion-sur-l'Océan market. It is also a 10-minute drive from St Gilles Croix de Vie with its shops, fishing port, little train, restaurants and shuttle to Ile d'Yeu. No pets allowed.

This refurbished accommodation offers a relaxing stay or teleworking (WiFi + Orange fiber), sea view for the whole family. All shops and services are within walking distance, in the village of Sion-sur-l'Océan. Coffee and tea are at your disposal, as well as a cleaning kit. Linens and towels are available for a fee. Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request No pets allowed (no exceptions for allergy reasons).

Design villa with heated pool 350 m from the Corniche

Located just 350m from the beaches of the Corniche, this villa is remarkable for its decidedly elegant style. Its decor is modern and neat. It is just as convenient with its many amenities like its heated pool, its sunny garden sheltered from the wind and looks. It is quiet from the crowds. Are unique with each of its rooms very wide open to the garden and the pool make it a pleasant house to live in. A unique experience!

Welcome to Cinq Pineaux beach on the Corniche de Sion which connects Saint Hilaire de Riez to Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Beaches, coves, dunes, and pools await. Close to the center of Sion and its market. Close to many seaside, playful and cultural activities, the accommodation is ideally located for exploring the Vendee. Bedding and towels are not provided for single beds but can be offered for rent.

Stunning 3* sea view duplex, garage, linen provided

Superb duplex sea view of 68 m2 (3 bedrooms) renovated, cozy and atypical on the Vendée corniche classified UNESCO. 3 minutes walk from all the shops of Sion. Very well equipped. Attention: Duplex not suitable for people with disabilities. Other important remarks: LARGE GARAGE closed and secure in the residence, possibility of a second on request sufficiently anticipated.
